Booked on Booking, central location close to everything and this is the only positive note. The room with an impracticable terrace because I think it was never cleaned, the rest very dated, chipped, old. The private bathroom but outside the room but we knew this and it was not a problem. The problem was the fact that the smell of mold was very strong because both the shower and everything else oozed mold. The toilet with the chipped seat, no shelf to put things either in the shower or near the sink. No courtesy kit for hygiene.

Terrible, bathroom full of mold, smell of mold, dirty.... Located outside the room Horrible! Dirty colored towels ... Look at the photos and reviews first before an accommodation, and verify ..because many photos can be fake

The bathroom wasn't in the room as stated in the description, but in the hallway. The room was in need of renovation, with several chipped plaster and exposed electrical wiring. Breakfast at the affiliated café was poor.

Strategic location for visiting Palermo, the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were given 4 stars only because the bathroom wasn't up to par.

+ 1) Amazing stuff. Really freindly and responsive. I had 3 nights in this place with breakfast. But 2 times i wasnt able to have a breakfast, because time rangw was to short. I was able to take some food earlier/later for the next day. It was really helfpul. 2) Breakfast was good: fruit, cacao/tea/cofee, cheese, toasts, deserts, boiled eggs.
- 1) Door for the room was a little bit strange. Outside it was normal, but from inside the door was wirh the long door handle. I was curios how i can close it inside. 2) noise insulation was average too. I was able to hear what was going on in the next appartment. I’m bor really aure that you need to know details.

I'd gladly return. It has an excellent location in one of the city's central areas. Just a few steps from this B&B, which looks like a historic residence, you can find practically everything you need, from the historic café to McDonald's, from the theater to the multiplex, from the traditional trattoria to the Chinese or gourmet restaurant, from the vegan to the bakery-restaurant-pastry shop and takeaway pizzeria (all gluten-free). Via Maqueda, the city's lively hub, is easily reached on foot. The owners are kind and helpful. It feels like staying with family. The breakfast is quite rich and varied. What more could you ask for? An excellent place to experience the city.

I stayed two nights with my partner. The staff was unable to accommodate our long-term parking needs (they suggested we use an illegal parking lot). Luckily, there was an Apcoa parking lot nearby where you could leave your car all day for €9. The building was in terrible condition (very old). We couldn't pay by card because the lady didn't know how to use the card reader. The breakfast was adequate, and the location was good within the city.
