I booked two months earlier. I sent a message to the structure on the morning of arrival and I was not contacted again, I called at 16.00 to warn of the imminent arrival and was told that they did not have the reservation, which had been paid a week before. They made me meet a "friend" who accompanied me to another facility as an alternative solution. Nobody showed up here.
I don't know if it was a scam attempt or not, certainly this is not the way to manage a structure. I spent two hours looking for other accommodation with my little daughter and I had to shell out more money and settle for the first available facility.
Shame on you!
