Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place!

We booked a stay at this B&B in Trapani, but had to leave almost immediately due to the awful conditions. The entire building is damp, with mold visible on the walls. Within 10 minutes, we started experiencing respiratory issues and headaches. To make matters worse, we found a hair on the bedsheet, which was extremely unhygienic. Despite providing photos as evidence, the establishment refused to refund us. I strongly advise against staying here – it’s not worth risking your health.

It is super difficult to find and there is no signage at all… it is in a dead end street and without any kind of sign… It made us lose more than 2 hours of our vacation time looking for it… the room smelled damp… the bathroom had sewers 😱 and late into the night there was noise from the air conditioning or who knows what…

Noo moreee , what a disappointing choice, very big lie, nothing what they show in the pictures , they gave us the smallest room ever seing in my life, dirty and rosty , no places for nothing , please people dont get traped .. we didnt get money back .. we left after few hours ..

We chose this b&b because near the center of Trapani The location was good and the price reasonable … but that’s about it The room smelt of dump, the wall in the bathroom was full of mold. As soon as you arrive at the rooms entrance, you can find a dump Breakfast was partially ok, but being gluten-intolerant I had not gluten-free products to eat … there was, though, eggs and cheese to choose. Staff was very friendly and happy to give advice for dinner or what to see in town

From the very moment I stepped into the premises, an overpowering and unpleasant odor permeated the rooms, the breakfast area, and the open spaces, hinting at the presence of fungi.
The bathroom was a major letdown, with the toilet seat cover turned partially yellow, raising serious doubts about their hygiene standards. Additionally, the lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the water to warm up, and even then, it quickly turned cold after minimal use, making bathing an unpleasant experience.
The breakfast offerings further contributed to my sense of dissatisfaction. The lack of variety and the absence of quality in proportion to the price paid left much to be desired.
Moreover, the Wi-Fi service was nearly non-existent. When it did manage to connect, the speed was so slow that even basic tasks were impossible.
Given these circumstances, I am unable to conscientiously recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone in search of a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The experience I encountered falls far short of the standard that one would reasonably expect from such an establishment.

It smells very bad!!!!!!
the room was awful. it was very small and very smelly!! after getting a bigger room the smelly smell was there too. At breakfast there was no table left and the smell was also present. we left immediately after the first night without breakfast.
