I spent a terrifying night, too much poverty I don't like and the prices are seriously ladrage I'm sorry because the owners are very nice and welcoming but they definitely have to lower the prices and there is too much stench to wash god canage

Honestly, I have nothing else to say, but Lucio's hamburgers are good.

Super nice stay for 4 days! Highly recommended 👍

- personnel and owner very very nice and friendly
- super ambiente and charme
- pool with palm trees and view on mountains is first class!
- breakfast exactly right with fresh bread, cheese, ham, fruits, yoghurt, fresh juice..
- unbeatable value for price ratio
- had a superb large room with own balcony and top view on lake.
- superb restaurants in walking distance, where you get super food
- very good mountainbike tours to start directly from the albergo: Monte Velo, Monte Baldo, Lago di Tenno
- great basement for securely and locked storing the bikes over night
- super large and convenient private parking lot for the car

The 2 is for the nice and panoramic swimming pool. For the rest I would give zero. It feels like stepping on the set of a horror movie! Zero hospitality, the elderly lady who asks you the same question every minute (x poor but restless charity), the younger one (I think the daughter) who looks even worse, amarcord photos everywhere that show how the structure has never been renovated. .. Same furniture, same floors, same layout ... Everything shabby! Poor breakfast, a pack of rusks available to everyone just for hygiene, opened by no one knows how much, cereals that are anything but crunchy! The room looked like a bunker, without air conditioner, without bidet, without a dryer to put on the ground given the condition of the shower that made the whole bathroom flood. High price compared to what they offer.

Dusty bathroom (even in the morning of the second day) a bar of soap, without even a shovel to move the air, poor breakfast and with cereals always ready in the same bowls ... the pool is worth only one star

At the limit of enough. The air conditioning system is missing and the first room they showed us smelled of smoke. They charge the resort price but certainly not the service.

Old but essential, impossible to pretend more from a one star hotel!
