Wonderful experience! Completely new room with air conditioning and a balcony with a stunning view of Lake Garda! Superbly maintained pool area and garden! Excellent and varied dinner! Delicious breakfast.. and it's so nice to have breakfast on the panoramic terrace! Parking included in the price! We absolutely recommend the hotel! For us, it could easily be a 4-star hotel! We'll definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

this hotel is the warmest most welcoming hotel ever, nothing was too much trouble, room was very big and had a view of the lake. The breakfast was lovely lots of choices and fresh each day, we stayed for dinner one evening and this was great with choices and fair price. the pool was great and clean with a lovely outdoor area, felt like we were at the mama Mia hotel from the film and we felt immersed in an Italian family run hotel, we loved it here we fell in love. with Gargnano and the hotel palazzina. we will be visiting again and will look no further.

My experience at Hotel Palazzina was very good. It's location with magnificent views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains, set amongst lemon groves, was breathtaking. There was a good sized swimming pool and lovely private areas in the adjacent garden.
The hotel had a lovely traditional and homely feel about it and the family owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. They always found the time to meet any needs and requirements.
The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices and the dining room with its large windows enabled you to enjoy views of the lake
The cleaners kept the place looking immaculate.
No complaints -would certainly recommend it. One thing to note for older less mobile customers it is quite a steep road up to the hotel entrance , but manageable.

Nice breakfast overlooking the lake. Room was nice and spatious with also a good view. Pool is great and staff is super friendly! Walking distance to everything in the area!

Great location, easy to get in and out of the magnificent old antique town. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm and the sheets with towels are clean and smell good . The food was good and we had discount if take dinner every evening . I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunrise and magnificent view of the lake Garda.

Staff speaks no English, you can't use the pool after 19.00, room furnishing is old and ugly, no fridge, no air conditioner.. Garden is nice though with lots of green.

Beautiful place well maintained. Room was small but comfortable I love the window view from my room. I will come back the people are friendly and dedicated. I surely felt like home Thank you Maria.

Very, very good hotel, stayed there for 7 nights with half board - rooms are very clean and were freshly made every day + you also get clean towels on your bed again, our room was a bit smaller, which definitely wouldn't be worth deducting a star there one usually only stays there to sleep.
Breakfast and dinner were always very good, requests were also addressed, the employees in the hotel are very warm people and will help you with questions/problems.
It won't be my last time in this hotel 😊

In my opinion the hotel should get 10 stars! Both the rooms and the hotel itself can only be described with a lot of love. The family is absolutely warm and helpful. We had to deal with a medical emergency at 4 a.m. and they took good care of us. I have rarely seen so much willingness to help!!!
The town center can be reached on foot without any problems. The food in the hotel is excellent and it would also be suitable for vegetarians. Good bus connection for excursions nearby. The view is indescribable! You feel at home or in good hands!
