Perfect in every way. Charming, great location, good room, spot on breakfast, honesty bar.
Only slight negative was the water was not hot enough for me to have a bath, but I do like a very hot bath and I got over it! Loved our free bottle of wine.

Lovely hotel tucked away from the hustle of Florence in Oltarno. Great location, away from tourist hot spot & 10 min walk to Ponte Vechio bridge. Hotel was a stunning tradional building, with an exceptional room. Lovely, helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying when visiting Florence.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony, and close to great dining options. Would be nice to provide water in the room daily.

Smashing Florence Hotel
A wonderful stay, lovely hotel. It’s nice and quiet, just 5-10 minute walk to central Florence. Staff friendly and attentive. Good continental breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable and individually decorated which adds to its charm. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay
Jaada was wonderful as was Andrea and the other woman with dark hair at the front counter (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, she was French). I had a bit of a problem with my room, leaking pipes left the carpet wet around the tub but Andrea helped with that. One day used pillow cases were left on my suitcase, no coffee was left and the toilet brush and plunger were left on the toilet. She must have been in a hurry that day.

Room was a little dated, ie furniture was old but overall it was a beautiful place with a wonderful breakfast and very responsive staff.
