It was a great place, staff outstanding the room super clean although must understand it’s an historical building with frescoes and so the paint seems old. Everything was perfect and more. If I’ve to go to Florence I definitely go there again

Such a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Close by to everything you want to see.
The friendliest staff and the loveliest building.
Typical light Italian breakfast was perfect to start the day.
Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations! The room was large and clean, a 7-minute walk to the Uffizi/Old Palace, and the surrounding area was relatively safe. Note that check-in at the front desk closes at 6 PM (the front desk will contact you a day or two in advance via the platform to confirm your arrival time; check-in after 6 PM requires self-check-in). The only downside was that it was a bit noisy along the street at night.

Excellent location allowing you to easily walk to so many attractions. Beautiful rooms - large and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Perfect location , great shops , restaurants and bars .We were met by an extremely friendly staff member.Clean and very comfortable room , excellent amenities. We will definitely book again and refer to all our clients and friends and family.
