An extremely large amount of stairs to climb . No elevator. Small room, bed was very firm, very thin pillows and just two beds pushed together to make a larger size bed. So u can feel the crease. Mini fridge in room was nice.

Very small bathroom, barely fits one in the shower. No hand or body soap just shampoo. No complimentary water or anything. Mini split Air conditioner that allows you to Control the temperature, no safe, small TV, wifi was decent. Vending machine to buy water for 2 euros, also has some snacks. Construction was very loud and lasted until 9 or 9:30pm each night. Tile floors throughout the room. Room was a little dirty with paint chipped on the walls. Plugs had trouble staying in the outlet, so it was hard to charge things.

The Asian girl at the front desk was super helpful and showed us Google searches of good restaurants to visit and offered lots of help! . Front desk is up several stairs.

Spend the extra money and get a nicer hotel.

If you're looking for a place with a beautiful view of the city center (seriously, the view is breathtaking) and excellent service, this is an excellent choice! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's a coffee machine in the common area, which you can feel free to use during your stay. You can enjoy your coffee on the cozy terrace. The staff will make sure your stay will be unforgettable – you'll get tips on what to see, how to plan your time, and where to find local delicacies. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back – this place has stolen my heart!

Keep in mind this is a hostel, not a hotel. Location, view, friendliness of the personnel, and cleanliness of the room was great. Actual keys, locking lockers, and electronic door combinations make this a pretty safe hotel. Good lounge with veranda and espresso machine. Prices are good too.

The check-in process was seamless. The room I stayed in was spacious, lofty, and had an unparalleled view of Cappelle Medicee and the street below. (The sounds of the street rarely made it up to the room, though.) I highly suggest this as the best hostel I stayed at in Italy. Be sure to take advantage of the free breakfast service -- but bring your own towel!

Excellent stay and great value. It’s 10min walk (max) from the train station, found easily after the row of leather stalls. The staff is super friendly but only downside and you should take note before checking in: they ONLY accept cash. We didn’t have sufficient cash (150€ worth) and had to withdraw from an ATM with high fees so just keep in mind.

Free and secure baggage storage (with cctv), the rooms are clean. Ensuite bathroom is a flight of stairs up but that’s okay the whole hostel has no lifts anyway. There is a coffee machine, free coffee, tea, fridge, and good common area to eat/terrace to chill. We had to put the linens ourselves but they made our beds in the morning. No towel provided.

Two feedback we didn’t manage to tell the staff:
1. 1/3 of the shower door is missing. Water splashes out easily so it can be slippery despite an existing rug.
2. The portable hairdryer doesn’t work. There is only 1 in the toilet against the wall. Not a huge issue though.

I have to say this is one of the best hostels I've stayed. The guy at the reception was super nice and friendly. I guess it was typically of outgoing italians, totally surprising for me who stayed in Sweden for quite long. I had a separate bed, not top-bottom style beds typically for hostels. And it was an awesome experience. There were a closet, a desk, an air-con, etc. When I checked out, the lady at the reception kindly asked if I would like to store my luggage there.

There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the Medici Chapel is just outside the door, the location is very convenient, and the train station is also within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and will help you proactively. Just be careful to make sure you have a way to call the staff if you arrive too late, otherwise you may not be able to get in. The environment is very good and clean. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent and convenient for travel. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The staff is very considerate and answers questions patiently and enthusiastically. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
