Great b&b. Location is good, great scenery. Rooms are clean , u can use thr kitchen to cook. The owner Stefania is extremely helpful and friendly . 10/10 over-all

We loved our visit to Borgo Argenina! We stayed in the main house and had a lovely room. This Italian Country Farmhouse is maintained immaculately - truly an authentic experience. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom amenities included a tub with a hand nozzle, but no shower. The room had a refrigerator with beverages that were refilled daily, and breakfasts were very tasty. Coffee was served by the pitcher but we especially enjoyed the cappuccinos. The cooking class was lots of fun. The fellow guests were very friendly. We also enjoyed a visit to Isodi Winery for a tour and tasting.

It is important to note that this B&B is in the country. You will either need a rental car or will need to plan to travel by taxi or car service. The taxis from Siena will charge a surplus to make the trip out. If your night does not include the cooking class and accompanying dinner, breakfast is the only meal provided. Bring your own food or plan to go off property.

We had to arrange our own Covid tests before departing. We found a nurse from Siena who came to Borgo to administer the tests. They charged a fee to drive out to test us.

Overall, our visit was lovely. The views are unsurpassed and Elena has created a true experience of living in the Italian countryside.

Elena was the most charming hostess. The views were breathtaking. The setting was fairytale. The 2 days we had here were definitely not enough but were enough to recharge my heart. We will be doing our best to get back here as soon as we can. Also, the cooking class? Delightful!

Borgo Argenina is such a great experience. It lies only a stone’s throw from numerous vineyards and wineries in the Chianti region of Tuscany. The property is cozy, beautiful, and managed very well by Elena, who has an admirable passion for the area she calls home. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and you’ll probably have the opportunity to meet Giuseppina, the adorable yellow lab that also calls Borgo Argenina home. If you’re looking for a beautiful and charming place to rest your head while visiting Tuscany, you should look no further!

My wife and I spent two nights at Borgo Argenina on our way from Florence to Rome and had a a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some world class wine and food after living the city life. Elena and her staff do a fantastic job, the rooms are lovey, the grounds are pristine and the food is amazing. We highly recommend taking the cooking class and getting the full Tuscan experience. Elena also takes the time to review several possible itineraries for your visit which is a huge plus - we had an amazing experience with the two that she provided and it appeared that she had something for everyone. Our only regret is that our time at Borgo Argenina was too short and we're already planning a return trip for next year. Thank you Elena.
