It was a fantastic stay. The food was far better than last year. The buffet again offered several courses. We booked the renovated Comfort Room S. The renovation was a success. We missed more storage space in the bathroom. Another dresser in the room would have been welcome. We felt comfortable and would be happy to return. The golf course was great. The greens were top-notch.

Our tent was infested with stink bugs. We were told ‚ it’s the season ‚ when we arrived. I wish we had known before. Or the would have given us a discount. This is the ultimate Tuscan experience, from the food to the views and most of all the service, there is no let down.. the location can easily be missed from the main road even though the hotel management have conveniently placed an indicator at the beginning of the dirt road leading to the top of the hill. The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average

June 2020 trip We chartered a 46 foot yacht from this marina in Tuscany in 2020. Although it was in the midst of the pandemic, we were grateful for Tuscany to allow chartering. Booked this hotel as part of a trip and everything was well organised at the hotel when we arrived. Lifts to all floors and clean tidy and well equipped room. Extra charge of 10 euros per night which was not excessive however there was plenty of on street parking available. This hotel is a small, old fashion hotel with a lot of charm and value. The staff really makes this a lovely place to stay. Optimal hotel for us !!! Do not expect stylish furnishings, they are basic ... but who cares! Facing the sea, as soon as you wake up you see a spectacular view, good breakfast outdoors, terrace for hanging out, daily towel change, clean and friendly staff .. what else? 5 minutes from the center ... directly on the seafront promenade! We have been coming for years ... recommended.

Hotel is old and in bad need for a renovation. Air conditions marginally working. The swimming pool is of decent size and clean. Breakfast is very limited in choice and low in quality. Coffee is the only decent choice. The restaurant is of good quality and very reasonably priced.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Armando at the reception was very kind and always very helpful. The other staff we encountered were also always very considerate. The room was really clean as well as comfortable. The view from our room was fabulous. There is free parking at the hotel and the walk into town takes about five minutes.

Very nice camp. We spent there 10 days in july 2025, with 2 kids. The camping was clean, incl. Sanitary. We had a lot xlose to the beach side. The camping has a bar, restaurant and supermarket. Although prices there were a bit higher than in regular shops in Italy, they were still reasonable. The site has a rule of parking the cars in outside parking which contributed to calm andsilent atmosphere....

This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough. Last time I was here it was more than 20 years ago and it seems it still appeals to mostly German and Swiss speaking people which for me was excellent as my Italian is very rusty. Absolutely perfect place for family vacation, next to the sea, pools, restaurants, etc.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained! Everything can be reached in 5 min walk! The sea is perfect for the family with small kids! Something to improve would be the cleaness of the rooms and the Wi-Fi connection in the apartment. It doesn't allow you to stream media from internet and more over also to work remotely. This also after the intervention of the technician.

Very good resort. We spent a week in this beautiful property surrounded by hundreds of olive trees. It is a place that immediately conveys a sense of peace and harmony. This hotel was a great escape from the city with a stunning upgraded room and professional staff. Breakfast and the golf course are both great with a lovely view over the sea from the pool. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

What a beautiful little diamond of a place! If you need a break from a busy life this is perfect! A lovely bar (if a little expensive) and stunning surroundings with a gorgeous outdoor pool which happened to be quiet when we were there so it felt like we owned it! The spa was lovely and the restaurant looked very classy. The breakfast was very adequate.
