It was a fantastic stay. The food was far better than last year. The buffet again offered several courses. We booked the renovated Comfort Room S. The renovation was a success. We missed more storage space in the bathroom. Another dresser in the room would have been welcome. We felt comfortable and would be happy to return. The golf course was great. We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and apartments were newly renovated. The private beach is easy to reach by car and a beautiful spot. Staff are really friendly.

We stayed for a week; the location, accommodation, location, and hospitality were top-notch. We arrived with the intention of always dining out, but the magic of this place kept us here, with dinners at the beautiful sunset. Farmhouse surrounded by greenery with swimming pool and apartments, large, clean and well equipped, 3 air conditioners, large balcony, too bad there isn't an internal bar or restaurant, but I absolutely recommend it! Internal parking also covered for certain apartments. Also a green space with some games for younger children.

We had a bad check-in experience, having to equity for 2 hours before being able to get to our rooms because from 1pm to 3pm there is no one to welcome you. Apart from that, rooms are fine, ours was a fully equipped apartment. I would recommend it for a longer stay, maybe not that much for a 1/2 nights stay

Our tent was infested with stink bugs. We were told ‚ it’s the season ‚ when we arrived. I wish we had known before. Or the would have given us a discount. This is the ultimate Tuscan experience, from the food to the views and most of all the service, there is no let down.. the location can easily be missed from the main road even though the hotel management have conveniently placed an indicator at the beginning of the dirt road leading to the top of the hill. The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average

The location might not be the most beautiful, and while the bungalows were a bit dirty on arrival they seem new and are quite nice. Price was also ok.

Good. But: SPA is missing. WiFi almost not working. In Holiday house no washing machine. Green areas with broken watering system. Small army of ants. Second bedroom is just in livingroom. Rest is ok.

June 2020 trip We chartered a 46 foot yacht from this marina in Tuscany in 2020. Although it was in the midst of the pandemic, we were grateful for Tuscany to allow chartering. Booked this hotel as part of a trip and everything was well organised at the hotel when we arrived. Lifts to all floors and clean tidy and well equipped room. Extra charge of 10 euros per night which was not excessive however there was plenty of on street parking available. Very nice charmingly decorated rooms and house. The bathrooms are all newly renovated, and everything functioned perfectly. TVs and Alexa in the rooms. A blend / marriage of old and new. Also, lovely breakfast room. Massimiliano, our host, was very helpful with recommendations for the area and helping us to store our bicycles in a nearby garage. Fantastic apartment and service - 5 Stars We had to delay our arrival by one day so we were very kindly switched to a Colombo 1935 apartment, without any fuss. Optimal hotel for us !!! Do not expect stylish furnishings, they are basic ... but who cares! Facing the sea, as soon as you wake up you see a spectacular view, good breakfast outdoors, terrace for hanging out, daily towel change, clean and friendly staff .. what else? 5 minutes from the center ... directly on the seafront promenade! We have been coming for years ... recommended.

One of the best AirBnB's I have ever stayed in. The property is massive and very classy. The rooms were super neat and the host was very friendly. The rooms were huge and well setup for us. We loved our stay.

We had so much fun at Camping Puntala! The beach was clean and beautiful, the sports instructors were professional and engaging, and the kids' animation program was absolutely amazing — our children were entertained the whole time! A perfect family-friendly campsite. We'll definitely be back! 🏕️

We are very loyal guests coming every 2-3 years back to this camping site and yes, we love it because of the sea side, the location within the tree park and we simply feel home there. Leaving my emotions away I have to say that you get little quality and service for the price you pay. Absolutely great structure and location. Starting from smart check in and checkout to location and overall services. You can see not only ingenious on how the services are built, but also genuine care for people. Very nice camp. We spent there 10 days in july 2025, with 2 kids. The camping was clean, incl. Sanitary. We had a lot xlose to the beach side. The camping has a bar, restaurant and supermarket. Although prices there were a bit higher than in regular shops in Italy, they were still reasonable. The site has a rule of parking the cars in outside parking which contributed to calm andsilent atmosphere....

Beautiful camping with lots shadow, quiet and safe for kids thanks to the car policy. This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough. Just 10 minutes from Castiglione delle Pescaia if you want to explore downtown, or 30 minutes from Cala Violina boat tour, we had the absolute best time and can't wait to return

This place offered an ideal Tuscan escape. It's surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is only a short drive to a sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can reserve chairs at the hotel's partner beach club. Wonderful place, surrounded by greenery, very quiet and cool. Very beautiful structure, with a rustic charm. The wifi signal is inconsistent, and problems can happen, but since we were on vacation, it was the perfect place to unwind! A week of absolute relaxation. The rooms/studios are well-equipped, clean, with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The kitchenette is minimal but well-equipped.

Great resort, the rooms were perfect. The atmosphere is amazing and everything is close by, I would definitely recommend this and will book in advance for my next visit there. There is a supermarket inside the village and two restaurants the trattoria workers were much more friendly than the ones on the beach. Overall really enjoyed it.

The beach is fantastic! Clean, calm sea, pre-reserved loungers for every unit, water sports…couldn’t fault it as a family-friendly beach. Pool was also great, kids spent hours on the slide.
