We spent a pleasant week at this hotel. Its location is excellent for the beach, strolling around town, and exploring the towns near Follonico. We immediately appreciated the kindness of the owner and all the staff, who were always ready to accommodate our needs and provide useful information on nearby places to visit. We enjoyed excellent cuisine, and I noticed the cleanliness of the rooms. My wife had stayed at this hotel twenty years ago and appreciated the same features, so after some time we were happy to return. If we have the chance in the future, we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel in central location. Price was affordable and staff was amazing. Breakfast was simple and sadly I found one cockroach in hotel room.

If you don't have high expectations, it's for you!
We had a great time, although I was a little hesitant at first.

A welcoming, family-friendly hotel, very clean and convenient to both the beach and the city center. The cuisine is varied and tasty. The staff is helpful and very friendly.

Let's be honest...
A hotel's professionalism can be seen in several ways.
There's nothing to complain about about the kindness and love the staff puts in, but everything else needs rethinking.
A hotel breakfast should include options for different dietary needs and be labeled.
Empty water bottles and no choice available.
The rooms need remaking. Uncomfortable beds, a musty smell, and above all, damp stains covered by paint.
Everything is too shabby to justify the price and category of accommodation.
The sea and all amenities are just a stone's throw away. No parking.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the city center. The staff is really friendly. I would reconsider the definition of "buffet" breakfast. The rooms are dated, perhaps too dated.

Unpretentious hotel. Convenient to the center and the beach. The cook is very good. Every day choice between fish and meat. Basic but clean rooms and bathroom. Daily change of towels. Positive week.

Small and simple hotel but central and very comfortable! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Varied cuisine and breakfast. The prices are fair, especially compared to the average of the hotels in Follonica

You always go back to where you had a good time, it feels like being at home. Super nice, helpful and sociable. This time staying alone, I was in a single room, I reconfirm the excellent cleanliness of the room and the good location of the room as once the windows are closed you don't hear the noise from outside. Of course, super recommended !!!

Unfortunately the bathroom (of the room where I was) loses many points. Very small bathroom, with built-in bidet in the toilet, (bad bad idea in my opinion) also the bathroom was equipped with a folding door ... therefore the amount spent for this room is out of the market. (But unfortunately it is like this in August!) I would say the rest is fine, the rest of the room is beautiful. Equipped with air conditioning, ti, and balcony.
