My daughter and I came to Italy for our cousin's destination wedding. The airline lost her luggage, the rental car company was a joke, but the staff at this hotel was PHENOMENAL!!!! They catered to our every need and even made a phone call to help us with the language barrier. One of the BEST parts of our vacation!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you to the staff for making this vacation bearable under the circumstances!!!!!

Very clean and spacious

Having been to Follonica numerous times and staying with relatives, this was my first experience in a hotel here. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The building/ grounds were lovely. I can see it being very popular for beach goers and those with family. The only thing it really lacked was coffee facilities in the room. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to the area especially those with big families.

I went with my husband, we wanted a vacation where we could relax by the sea but also visit a part of Tuscany. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation at I cinque pini! We were accommodated in a building in which you would love to live: multi-colored flowers (congratulations to the gardener), clean and everything with good taste and close to the beach. The accommodation was in an apartment with a bedroom, living room, small hall, bathroom and balcony as spacious as the two rooms. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and I can say that it is one of the accommodations where I fell asleep from the first day. We sleep well, the external blinds protect you from the daylight and you can make your siesta properly. In the balcony you have a clothes dryer, table and chairs. Linen and towels are changed every two days, everything is clean. The only note that would put the stay at I cinque pini at a slight disadvantage is the poor breakfast for gourmets but enough for two people with no appetite. We liked it and we warmly recommend the location to those who do not value breakfast so much. Once again, congratulations to the reception staff, the gardener and the cleaners.

Loved how spacious and large the room was. We had an entire apartment with a balcony for a really good price. The reception communicated very well with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out. They had a great and wide selection for breakfast which is especially and a pleasant surprise for Italy breakfast standards. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the beach and beachfront restaurants. It is such a homey and family oriented neighbourhood which was peaceful and lovely. Also stable WiFi for working as needed, although we went to the restaurants to work. The apartment was a little further from the beach than I imagined but that was nothing since I imagined it to be a 20sec walk and it was a 3min walk. Not a problem. I just thought I could see the beach from my balcony. Lovely stay, great service and BEST Italian inclusive breakfast!

We came back here second time after our first visit 3 years ago.Lovely place, very comfortable rooms, and a high quality breakfast, free parking and very nice staff. Clear water with sandy beach is only 2 minutes away walking. For sure we will come back here again. PS: Very nice sea view and a big terase from the suite room.

Noise cancellation,double windows,very thick doors with all of that you cannot hear the neighbours or noise from outside.
Magnetic mosquito nets were a nice surprise.
Overall we give 10 stars!
