PuntAla Camp & Resort in Punta Ala

We had so much fun at Camping Puntala! The beach was clean and beautiful, the sports instructors were professional and engaging, and the kids' animation program was absolutely amazing — our children were entertained the whole time! A perfect family-friendly campsite. We'll definitely be back! 🏕️

We are very loyal guests coming every 2-3 years back to this camping site and yes, we love it because of the sea side, the location within the tree park and we simply feel home there. Leaving my emotions away I have to say that you get little quality and service for the price you pay. We stayed in the Club and those Bungalow are the most expensive but unfortunately also the one which require repair/maintenance or simply a replacement urgently. In summary: I have been at this place as a child in tents, for the last 10-15 years we take bungalows and we go there because of the beach and seaside front. The rest is average and maybe overpriced in total.

Absolutely great structure and location. Starting from smart check in and checkout to location and overall services. You can see not only ingenious on how the services are built, but also genuine care for people. The most I appreciated the cleanliness of the bungalow and the perfect location at 200 meters from the beach. I loved the pine forest and I was amazed from the incredible variety of pitches for tends that inspired me to go with tend next year. Love it and I recommend it.

Very nice camp. We spent there 10 days in july 2025, with 2 kids. The camping was clean, incl. Sanitary. We had a lot xlose to the beach side. The camping has a bar, restaurant and supermarket. Although prices there were a bit higher than in regular shops in Italy, they were still reasonable. The site has a rule of parking the cars in outside parking which contributed to calm andsilent atmosphere. Beach was also very clean. I even ordered something via couriee and receptiin was willing to pick it up for me.

The place is amazing in the wood, restaurant and super market inside. The price is not cheap, in july I paid about two five cero per night. The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early).
Additionaly, in the policies it was written that the music was not allowed, however, there was a lot of music for the baby dance and other internal events

Beautiful camping with lots shadow, quiet and safe for kids thanks to the car policy.

Nice market with fresh products, we can safely leave the car at the parking for a few days as everything is there.

Wonderful quiet beach, kids love it.

This year, the kids beach has disappeared (but poster still hanging on the fence). Also, the kids were waiting for Eddy during night event as mentioned at different places, but it was removed as well.

Bungalow was clean, AC working well (not used much thanks to weather). Equipment was not perfect (missing few things in the sets, no wine glasses). New bungalow are equipped with induction hob but they keep providing a coffee maker for gaz hob. Guy at reception told me I can safely put it in a pan, but not really secure with kids and not easy to wash afterwards. They also removed the welcome kit.

To sum up : very good place but in one year, a few things were removed and we didn't notice anything new. Cross finger it's not decreasing again as we might be tempted by a 3rd experience in this beautiful place.

We've tried glamping, that is a modern home (and it IS modern, indeed) about 50m from the beach. The cabin is not really large but sufficient, comes with two bedrooms and (each with a bathroom) and a central living/eating place with a fully equipped kitchenette. Bedrooms are air conditioned. Not too many boards and drawers, but it works out if you use all available space. Beds are ok, but don't expect superior comfort. You have two supermarkets on the premise, about 5mins footwalk away. Two restaurants (generic about 5mins, seafood about 5 sec) and various recreation facilities complete the impression. Of course, the leading argument is to just get out of bed and walk 1min to the ocean - where you have your reserved seats and umbreally, and offerings like kiting, surfing, diving etc. Or just a 15km stroll down the beach to Punta Ala and back again. Your car will be outside, 5mins to walk and from there you reach Follonica in about 10mins.
