I’m traveling solo so I only needed a twin bed. The room was always clean and the staff was wonderful. And, breakfast was worth the stay. Many item to choose from to start your morning.

Advertise as free parking but when you check out they ask you for 7Euros . My wife confronted them about it and "you must pay" was all i heard . At the end i paid for the fact that people that do me bad they get back worst .
Also as a "checking their business values and character" i ask them for a next week 3 nights stay . Price was 25% higher than advertised online. When i showed to front desk she said to leave her an email so she can give me their best deal ( never received email)

Perfect hotel by the beach!
This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend!

Booked this hotel as part of a trip and everything was well organised at the hotel when we arrived. Lifts to all floors and clean tidy and well equipped room. Extra charge of 10 euros per night which was not excessive however there was plenty of on street parking available. Breakfast was very good however we were both disappointed with the meal in the evening. Not expensive however needs to be improved. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and services and would recommend.
