La Mulattiera in Scarlino

We stayed for a week; the location, accommodation, location, and hospitality were top-notch. We arrived with the intention of always dining out, but the magic of this place kept us here, with dinners at the beautiful sunset. Furthermore, within a maximum of 20-25 minutes, there are villages and beaches worth visiting. Thanks to Lucia and Massimiliano.

Massimiliano and his family are hosts who make you feel at home: friendly, attentive, and discreet.
As soon as we arrived, they gave us all the tips for a safe trip (from beaches to restaurants).
The strategic location means you can be at any beach in 15 minutes, from Cala Violina to Torre Mozza.
The farmhouse is beautiful, tastefully renovated, with many terraces where you can enjoy some peace and quiet, sunbathe, or simply admire the postcard-perfect landscape.
Our studio apartment was an excellent base camp, with every comfort and a small but quite functional kitchen.
The skylight in the bathroom deserves a special mention; it even made the toilet feel romantic!

Best place during our trip to Tuscany. Very clean, and cozy. Massimiliano is friendly and helpful with everything You need. Beautiful views from the mansion. Rooms and house is MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN IN THE PICTURES! You can feel like in Your own house. A lot privacy. Beautiful garden and surroundings.

I highly recommend staying at this property, very clean and conveniently located, with all the most beautiful beaches just a 20-minute drive away! The property is surrounded by nature, so the peace and quiet that reigns there is something to be enjoyed, the sounds of nature and nothing else! The room is very cozy with everything you need! The hosts are friendly, kind, and helpful! I recommend visiting the village of Scarlino and seeing the castle ruins!

Spotlessly clean and well-equipped mini-apartments surrounded by olive trees and maritime pines, perfect for spending days in total relaxation and tranquility. A 15-minute drive from the sea and just a few minutes from popular tourist destinations like Follonica, Punta Ala, and Castiglione della Pescaia. The owners' friendliness and helpfulness are second to none. Their recommendations for itineraries and places to visit are helpful. Pets are welcome. This is our second time back!
