A nice house overlooking a splendid sea of lotuses (!! Never saw that in Europe) with a large room with good a/c good bed and good bathroom very kind and helpful family running the hotel

This wonderful family run hotel is a gem. Alessio and Chiara made our stay so special. The little touches and attention to detail are perfect and show the love they have for their hotel. Well located for attending the Puccini opera with only a short drive. Thank you 😊

Very lovely hosts, great rooms, clean, proper breakfast, they have good connections with a great beach bar/restaurant in Viareggio, would definitely come back!

The hotel is located in a very strategic position near Viareggio and Lucca the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent the bathroom very large and well furnished and clean !!!

Pleasant stay and a great location to visit places in the surrounding area. The hosts (Alessio and Chiara) were very nice, welcoming and helpful. They suggested places that we can visit and where we can eat. The room was quite spacious and clean and the area was quiet at night.
Breakfast was delicious and part of it home-made.
Strongly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Massarosa.

Had a vert special breakfast there! Chiara was extremely fantastic, nice place, nice terrace with nice view.
