Conca di Sopra in Massarosa

We stayed here for a family holiday. The house is situated on a hill, at about 150m altitude, which makes that you have a marvelous sight on the see, which is approximately 6 to 7km away. Also inside the house, the sight is just splendid and very relaxing. You instantly get that "holiday feeling". House itself is wonderful as well, very classy and stylish. Several balconies to choose from, so you can sit outside and enjoy the view or have breakfast outside even. Airco in the bedrooms is not a luxury during hot summer nights. Owners are very friendly but at the same time very discrete as well. Swimming pool is not too big, but more than enough for what we needed ! Would recommend highly for a family vacation or just for a romantic stay with two.

My wife and I stayed here only one night but the location of the B&B, the kindness and availability of Mariangela and Carlo, the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail made sure that the experience was TOP.

A wonderful, very comfortable accommodation. The location is strategic to visit Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasanta.

Mrs. Mariangela offers precious advice as much as her eggs, her chickens, cooked in the pan ... an unforgettable breakfast, even for homemade desserts.

I recommend it and can't wait to go back
