I had an excellent stay at Hotel Boston in Montecatini‑Terme. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was truly impressive — my room and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with great attention to quality.
The friendliness of the staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The location is also fantastic. The hotel is just a short walk from several excellent restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great dinners without needing transportation.

Unacceptable Hygiene, Ruined Belongings, and Completely Indifferent Staff
Our holiday was completely ruined by our stay here. In the middle of our trip, my husband and I returned to our room to find the floor incredibly dirty and covered in a severe ant infestation. The ants had crawled all over the floor and our personal belongings.
The hotel's handling of the situation was shocking. Because it was late and the staff showed zero compassion they offered a room with even more ants crawling near the window and bed areas. My husband and I were left with no choice but to spend our evening scrubbing the hotel floor ourselves. Worse still, the infestation was so bad that we were forced to throw away several of our personal belongings that were completely ruined by the ants.
When we raised these concerns, the staff treated us with total indifference and dismissed our situation saying this is normal this time of the year.
Areas the hotel must improve:
Pest Control & Cleanliness: Immediate professional pest control is needed, along with stricter housekeeping so floors are actually clean.
Staff Training: Staff need to be trained to treat guests with empathy and urgency during a crisis, rather than ignoring them.
Emergency Solutions: Guests should never be left to clean an infestation themselves; immediate room changes or proper support must be provided.
I highly recommend staying elsewhere until management takes cleanliness and basic customer care seriously.

I stayed at the boston hotel and found this trip via a third party. The price was phenomenal and i did believe it may be a scam at first, however when we walked into our room it slowly began to unfold. It was so beautiful! We paid for a room upgrade so we had the most comfortable huge beds. Location is also great as it is surrounded by the centre and many restaurants. The hotel also had a lovely little pool on the top floor, which was amazing for all the views. For the money I paid, i am OVERLY pleased with this trip.

The entire staff are lovely, always friendly, polite, professional and genuinely willing to help with anything you might need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and any issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant lobby and a great atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The swimming pool is nice, and the rooms are comfortable, well-equipped and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The food is outstanding, with excellent quality and plenty of choice.
Considering the high standard of the hotel and the service provided, the price represents excellent value for money.

We have been to Monecatini 4 times. This was by far the best! Front desk guy welcoming, funny and full of recommendations. The cleaning staff was amazing! So clean, opened the windows for fresh air, clean sheets and towels. So clean! And friendly. Breakfast fantastic with crazy good service. Location perfect. We will be back. Met great friends in the lobby!

The air conditioning failed, and they said there was nothing they could do. I went down to the reception desk to sleep. The night watchman offered me a room with working air conditioning. Sometimes you have to be incredibly imaginative.

I would give all the stars possible especially for the receptionist. She was very kind, helpful and patient. The room was neat and very well maintained. We enjoyed the stay a lot
