Minerva Palace in Montecatini-Terme

This is the second time we have stayed at the Minerva Palace. This hotel is classic that is well run, very clean and in a great location. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would stay here again when we come back to Montecatini. Richard B.

Good position hotel First impressions clean hotel We had a room on 5th floor Twin room but beds close together mattress I think were new as it was like laying on a board. Pillows were as flat as a pancake No Aircon apparently it’s turned off in October. Nice shower clean towels every day soap and shower gel provided. Hairdryer No vent in bathroom so steams up. There was a cord in shower not sure why we pulled it nothing happened Tv in room No KETTLE Fridge and safe water in fridge not sure if you. Paid for it no sign to say. Restaurant lovely Breakfast very good plenty and staff very pleasant we had two meals in evening with our tour group and food was good Reception staff one in particular had a bad attitude needs customer service training. We went to pay a bill and he was so miserable so unhelpful. A friend of our asked if they did laundry they said yes but didn’t give them a price they took it and charged then 160euros which he had to pay cash for as they said it was out sourced think this was a total rip off. Normally there is a price in the room advice would be don’t do this. Staff that clean rooms were excellent our room was clean and tidy every day.

Our trip was booked through EF Tours, and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Minerva in Montecatini Terme. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept—just what we needed after long days visiting nearby towns. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and everything felt nicely maintained. The staff were professional and helpful whenever we had questions, and breakfast each morning had plenty of choices and was served in a bright, pleasant dining room. We didn’t get a chance to explore Montecatini or visit the spas, but Hotel Minerva was a relaxing and convenient home base during our travels through Tuscany.

Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Great location for walking to the spas in the main Square as well as the train station. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel. only negative was we tried to have dinner in the dining room one night and just didn’t care for the food, but there are lots of options in the neighborhood. Breakfast were OK.

Although the rooms are quite basic they are spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. We were part of a tour group and the hotel staff coped very well with the numbers. The roof terrace was a great bonus.

I was here with a group of 46 people. The staff is friendly and very kind. The meals were abundant and very delicious. It is close to the city centre. I was happy with our stay!

It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Minerva, with its traditional Tuscan furnishings, comfortable facilities, and great location in the lovely Italian town of Montecatini. I hope to revisit it someday.

Quiet hotel, located very close to the centre - so easy to walk around and/or get to the train station.
