The place is located in very nice part of the region. It is very cosy and well prepared for having calm days. Also the garden and the swimming pool was perfect in that hot weather.

Although the place was stunning it like a hearty aperitivo. The meals also were plain nothing special for the price. There is no condiments on the table we had to ask for grated cheese for the pasta and only one was brought out instead of putting them out to all our guests. The cake was gorgeous but mostly icing.

Wow!! Best food ever. Every mouthful was a pleasure. We were so glad to be accommodated even though there was a wedding in full flow when we arrived without booking. Do go!

Apartment 13 is very tired and in need of renovations. Yes the views are stunning. Yes the restaurant serves unusual and excellent food. Lovely pizza
It's a wedding venue. Friday and Saturday nights are filled with loud music and simetimes fireworks.
We are staying one night in the hotel Saturday. They are very lovely and they have airconditioning. A hairdryer in the bathroom. Spectacular views again.
I love the area itself though.
The people are so lovely here. They even bought us a kettle because there wasn't one provided when we first went into the apartment.
Watch the prices. €700 on their bookings website but the owner/manger now wants €800 for the apartment and €80 for 2 to stay in a hotel room for one night. I will be pointing these things out when I pay the final bill.
Also, very sad to hear that the other apartment was burgled last night. There are no safes in these apartments or hotel rooms. So, becareful what you leave in your room.

Before booking, check whether they are not having a wedding party. As during our stay there wedding, noise and super laud music the whole evening and night untill at 2 am in the morning. We could not sleep completely.

We spent two days and we enjoyed the relaxing setting, the pool and a beautiful view of the Tuscany countryside. The food is excellent and at a very reasonable price. People are friendly and helpful, definitely recommended!
