The owner welcomed us already at the parking lot. they also accommodated kittens. The room with a balcony and a view of nature was perfect! And the amazing breakfast that he made for us in the evening since we were leaving at night. Amazing hospitality ♥️

Beautiful location with excellent hospitality, great breakfast and nice room's. Definitely I will come back to stay a bit longer.

Very nice location on top of the hill. A small lake in the garden full of fish rounds the landscape. Rooms are very clean and the boss Andrea is a wonderful host. He gave us a lot of information about the region and helped us to find the place, since the address is a bit confusing. Call him in advance and everything will be fine. There is no restaurant nearby, so you either drive to the next town or bring something with you.

Fantastic - paradise on earth. You are there in absolute peace, at least if the guests are considerate (that was the case with us). Everything was very clean, great cool rooms even without air conditioning (we had 30-32 degrees during the day).
A highlight is undoubtedly the huge bathing lake at the foot of the Tuscan house. Really gorgeous.
Andrea, the contact person/manager on site is incredibly helpful and friendly - I've rarely experienced that.
Breakfast not exceptional, but totally ok.
We were really excited and will be back.

Perfect place if you want to regenerate yourself, the silence and peace that you perceive cannot be explained ... everything is taken care of in the smallest details, the cleanliness at the top, excellent breakfast.The owner Andrea is a nice person, very welcoming and you feel the love that puts in this enchanting place. We will be back !!!!
