So, the main room was clean I have no reservations about it, but the bathroom was dirty, there were hairs and as the cherry on top we had a rat or a mouse in that bathroom. It would have been nice if they had at least changed our room or given us some kind of compensation, but none of that happened even when we confronted them with this information

In value for money I would say that we are there.
A sort of landlord with essential services ... maybe the rooms should be a bit modernized and why not every now and then check that the remote control batteries are charged.
Last but not least the bathroom with patches of rust on the floor and the shower that quickly floods the whole bathroom.

Location, practically outside the village, the rooms are quite new but without the slightest attention to the customer, the bathroom is the worst thing, open shower that floods ALL in three minutes of open water .... no support for personal things. ..cleaning that LEAVES A LOT TO WISH ... You enter there and you are practically abandoned to yourself ... The reception which was practically always closed or almost ... the place would be nice if more cared for, more valued and CLEANER! !! Change of towels: dirty and laundry !!! Experience NOT TO BE REPEATED!

Excellent value for money! All very basic, and recently renovated. It is not a hotel or a hotel of course. We used it as a support for one night and nothing was missing.

The building needs updating but the ensuite rooms are good and well equipped, often with a small balcony, in a very quiet residential area. Bar and oven within walking distance for breakfasts. Available a kettle with some chamomile tea, tea, coffee. The Calidarium thermal baths about 3 km. Center just over 1. Private parking. Polite and precise reception. Excellent quality / price ratio for the location.
