We stayed at this hotel for a week full board. A delightful discovery, excellent food, very kind and competent dining room and reception staff, convenient parking and easy access to the beach. We'll definitely be back!!

I stayed at the hotel for a week with my wife. The location is perfect for the beach (it has a special agreement with a nearby beach club), and the staff were all truly kind and helpful. Well where to start? This was amazingly great experience. The whole place is nice and the staff is professional, yet very friendly and keen to give advice when you ask. Spent 10 days in August: well-located hotel, very close to the beach and with parking in the immediate vicinity. Our room was quite large with a spacious balcony, always very clean. Very nice hotel. In a central position and very convenient for reaching other nearby destinations. The property has a large car park. Very good food and dining room staff: Zaccaria, Massimo and Dino really kind, friendly and professional. The owner and receptionist were also very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs. We recommend it.

Traditional hotel managed by an italian family. Had a really good and warm stay with them. I’d definitely stay with them again once I go back to Viareggio

Everything about the hotel was exceptional; the welcome, the staff, the cleanliness and the locality for the seafront were great. We were pre-warned that there was no lift to our second floor room but our heavy case was carried up the stairs without asking, which was really appreciated. Very good service. Owner is very polite and really taking care about guests. Staff also is pleasant. Location perfect - opposite green park and closely to beach. Very clean. We took Halfboard. All was very tasty. One point what can be improved - shower room Too small. We managed, but may be for another, who are bigger could be problem . But any case higly recommended. Early morning train to switzerland was cancelled on the platform. Booked the room to stay the night and leave early next morning. The hotel manager allowed us to check in over 2 hours early and was incredibly friendly. Very nice hotel, welcoming rooms with all the necessities, very kind cleaning staff, every morning they carefully cleaned our room, the excellent breakfast had everything from sweet to savory, all types of drinks, the very kind owner asked you every day if everything was fine, we will definitely return. I booked this hotel based on its excellent reviews, but I have to disagree. The hotel lacks ventilation, the rooms are dated with jumbled furniture, and there's a lot of dust, even in the air conditioning. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is quite good. The selection of products isn't very imaginative, meaning there's nothing you won't find in any hotel in any city, anywhere in the world...

Very good location, lots of restaurants around, good indoor parking for extra pay. But there was some negatives to. Wi-Fi didn’t work, there is no shelves in the shower, the lock-keys to the room 100 years old.

I'd never found a place like this before! Every week I visit a new region and stay in hotels or B&Bs, but this hotel really surprised me! Lovely tidy Hotel Stayed here for a week. Rooms get cleaned Daily unless wished otherwise. The atmosphere during our stay was very pleasant. The owner made us great coffee every day in the morning and plates with ham and cheese and warm cornetti (like a croissant) She gave us tips throughout our entire vacation and was very caring. Next time we are in Viareggio, we will definitely visit again.

Lovely placement, a bit uninterested service Hotel had wonderful rooms with balcony (superior dubbelroom) and sea view. Placement very good near seapromenade and shopping. Service at the hotell breakfast very unattended though,also reception felt a bit uninterested. This was our second time at this hotel and breakfast service as bad both times. Lovely hotel beautifully furnished with friendly helpful staff. Great location our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Good size rooms which were spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen and towels.

My husband and I like space and freedom so we opted for a flat rather than just a hotel room. The very polite and courteous G.M. Mr. Dario was very accommodating and provided us with a lovely well equipped sea view flat which we enjoyed for a whole week. Highly recommended, without hesitation.

Excellent location by the sea, all amenities within walking distance, very kind staff and always very willing to fulfill every request. European breakfast has it all and if something is missing they get it for you, I recommend the great pancakes. The Hotel complies with all hygiene measures. Wonderful view, great breakfast, gluten and lactose free breakfast available, friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is very close to the beach. We will be happy to return here.
