not all staff spoke English, beds weren't comfortable. No off street parking.

The hotel is OK for a short stay. The rooms are solid, the bathrooms renovated. Some rooms don't have a balcony if that is important to you, only the rooms above the main entrance have a view. Breakfast is not bad, but everything around it was confusing (from 8-9, there were no plates, waiting to refill bread or cheese or something). The hotel location is perfect.

Great and convenient spot right by the seafront.

The room was really clean. The bed was very comfortable that we had a really good night sleep. The service was promptly and helpful. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. The private parking in the hotel cost €10 per day, or you can park at the roadside in the white color box, which could be a little walking from the hotel.

This hotel has very good location, because it is near the beach and sea. It is only a few steps. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. You can park your car near the hotel on the big free parking place.

It is very close to the boardwalk but the"view" from the rooms isn't worth paying extra for. The rooms are super clean, it has memory foam beds, and a great breakfast with a large variety. There is free parking on the street but it's first come first serve and there are at least 3 more hotels on the road. Their parking is on the side of the hotel in the ally and fits 5 or 6 cars.

A good hotel with great amenities and very friendly staff. The location is excellent, close to the beach and many attractions are within easy reach. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that I would gladly recommend.

This Hotel is run by a lovely Mom with her son. The service is exceptional great. My mother is in a wheelchair and I had the chance to look at the room before. The breakfast is huge with a lot of home made cakes. The hotel is only 300 meters away from the beach. Perfect for a nice vacation!

29/7 room 26. We got a confortable room with a modern bathroom. The food is home cooking style, superb and not expensive compared to local restaurants. Next time around we'll eat only at their restaurant. Close to beach shops and restaurants, some road noise but counteracted by the lovely view of the sea.

Nice little hotell driven by a friendly hard working Italien family.... I enjoy the well cleaned room even if our family bring a lot of sand to the room it was nice clean day. The room Ac was perfect even if it was 34 degress outside... the bathroom wasnt big but in good standard and fresh..Its easy to walk 14min Leonardi davinci street from the train station, and close to the bath houses ca 70m....

Very good location, lots of restaurants around, good indoor parking for extra pay. But there was some negatives to. Wi-Fi didn’t work, there is no shelves in the shower, the lock-keys to the room 100 years old.

Very good location for the beach

The hotel was lovely, the room clean and cool and reception friendly. We had to pay extra for parking in the hotels garage when we got there which wasn’t clear when we booked. It was a lovely safe garage so we didn’t mind. Just to make others aware.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was a really lovely place to stay. The staff were all amazing and always willing to help with anything. We were a five minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk from the bus station which we used every day to take us to the train station for our trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and La Sepzia. Definitely not worth the money. The only reason that I chosr this hotel is that I wanted to attend Puccini Festival and this hotel is the only reasonable option. And it turned out that both the festival and the hotel were absolute disappointment. The room is quite spacious but lacked the fridge. The elevator is very old and scary and the surroundings are boring and expensive.

Clean room, comfortable bed with firm mattress, very nice and welcoming staff, good parking, good wifi, dog-friendly. Bathroom was clean but shower cabin was very very small, and it is difficult to move inside, even just lifting an arm, your elbow is touching the walls, or knocking stuff off. I would recommend adding more fresh fruit to both breakfast and lunch, as this is a season with so much variety. We had one night stay. Staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel it'sself is in a great position right next to the beach and promenade. It's a bit dated. Could do with a good refurbishing and sonorizing. I could hear every word and movement of our neighbours.

I was here with my friends. I can only say that the three stars are not deserved. The employees and the owner are sooo sweet and accommodating.
