The good: Extremely clean room and bathroom Friendly attendant Excellent quiet air conditioning Quiet room even though close to main road Very comfortable bed The Not-so-good: Room is small and spartanly furnished. No place to set or open a suitcase Breakfast is minimal and self serve. Reminds me of eating from a vending machine. Location is awful unless you have a car. Nearest restaurant is half mile away. Only a few restaurants in town, but the ones I did go to were exceptionally tasty and reasonably priced. Road is busy and has no sidewalks. Walking anywhere is dangerous due to traffic and no sidewalks. Area is very residential with many apartment buildings and only a few shops. Location is too far out to be served by taxi. Only option is Uber which is expensive (€30 or more for short ride)

Ubytovatelé jsou moc milí lidé. Nic nebyl problém domluvit, vše probíhalo, jak mělo. Pokoj je velice útulný, má vchod do zahrady, která je překrásná. Postel pohodlná, koupelna plně dostačující. Snídaně jednodušší, ale vyhovující.

Hospitable hosts, excellent service, comfortable and quiet environment, we felt at home.
Great location. There is free parking nearby, a bus stop is 5 minutes away, buses run every 10 minutes and after 15 minutes you are in the center of Florence, very convenient. The hotel has a terrace and a garden where you can relax in the evening. Fast free wi-fi.
Very clean rooms, everything works, plumbing and furniture in excellent condition. Room cleaning daily.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Friendly and kind owners excellent rooms excellent cleaning .... Excellent x move and arrive by bus stop 100 meters from the b & b. If one wants to rest a stone's throw from Chianti and the historic center it is ideal.
