Mwehhh.
Cockroaches. Noisy bar till 2am across the street. Ugly lights. Very dated interior and no atmosphere.
Fantastic location. Decent bed. Liked that we got water and coke zero in the fridge.

Hard to call it a 3-star hotel, I would better call a minus 3-star hotel, because the door to the bathroom was broken and did not close. The extractor in the bathroom didn't work either. When we wanted to leave our luggage, the hotel owner said that we can leave it only until 3 pm, but we needed 3 hours more. That caused so much inconvenience for us, because we had to walk with luggage to see the town, since we came there for 1 night only…

For me its amazing, very big room, large washing rooms, 2 heater, room was warm, with balcony. Include TV and refrigerator. Washing room is nice, balcony give you amazing time with coffe at the morning. Only the that enteranc of the hotel will disappoint you as its not hotel enteranc, rather than is its amazing. Location is wonderful. For price, it worth mise even

I loved staying here and if I'm coming back to Florence one day, this will be the first place I check the room availability.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. It’s not even a hotel actually. There are several problems, missing details, injured cover on the wall, water is coming out of the AC and a huge lack of proper cleaning.
The staff was nice and helpful, the location is pretty good!

Strategic location near everything, big and clean rooms, a fantastic all day bistro in the same building, but l'll not come again, as it's very difficult to sleep at nights due to the high temperature in rooms even there are a/c, but centraly controlled keeping the temperature higher than 27-28 C.

I had to wait for my check in for 2 hours.. however I arrived at 11, the receptionist told me at 3 pm, so I went to walk around and returned at 3, I didn’t check in till 5 pm, also the room wasn’t done nicely, the bathroom was dirty and one pillowcase too! The one good thing about this hotel is their location and the cafe downstairs Café Pasticceria Gamberini.
