Nice and comfortable stay in Bardolino. Very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast. Tidy, clean and newly done up rooms with balconies. Very close to the lake and not far from the city center either. Found it on booking.com, but would book directly next time.

A lovely family-run hotel. The service was very helpful. A great spread for breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. Easy car park, and bike hire. Just a short walk from the Bordolino village on the shores of Lago di Garda. Highly recommended.

Fabulous family run hotel, very clean modern rooms, great size and nice balcony. They take complete pride in running this hotel. The breakfast was one of the best we have had during our road trip, lots of choice. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, when checking in your were provided with a map, recommendations for restaurants, bars, activities. They also offer bike hire at a reasonable rate. Short two minute walk to the lake and 5 minutes to restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend.

We can totally recommend the B City Hotel for Lake Garda. Top price, very clean rooms, a phenomenal breakfast and very welcoming staff. Sandro was super friendly and helpful! You won't have the best view, but who wants to enjoy the lake through a window 😁

The hotel was worth the price. The room was cosy, clean, newly renovated and convenient. Amazing continental and Italian breakfast served.

Exceptional breakfast. They offer a wide variety of things, and everything better than what i can remember from other hotels. The hotel is quite close to the waterfront. It is located near a busy street, but our room was quiet anyway. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I forgot my bluetooth headphones, and they sent them to me immediately.

This hotel is dishonest. Our plans changed for unforeseen reason and we requested several days in advance to move our reservation by one day as we would not be there the first night. The hotel told us they were booked out and could not do this despite being available to book for the requested nights on their website, they informed both myself and booking.com that the reservation could not be modified at all. We stayed for part of our reservation and paid the full amount (including the night we didn't stay) and when we left the hotel logged us a "cancelled" on Booking.com (who we booked through) so as to avoid any negative review. Very dishonest and sneeky. I would certainly not recommend staying here as there are far better places in Bordolino that treat their guests much better than this. As for the facilities, the shower tray fills up with water very quickly when you shower, the rooms look on to a busy main road and the pillows are like rocks. It is also very dated. Stay somewhere else, you deserve better for similar money!

Amazing breakfast buffet with high-quality ingredients served in cosy dining room. Very helpful staff: lady at reception recommended a lot of tours (bicycle, swimming) and went out of her way to look for my flip flops when I realized I had forgotten them in our room after our departure. Would definitely book again!
