It was beautiful! The front desk staff were very polite and explained the room to us. We were able to chat without any problems, so if you have any problems, it's a good idea to ask for help right away. We walked there, but there are a lot of stairs, so I don't recommend it, but it's not impossible.

We had a lovely room. The staff was polite. The room was kept clean. The shower was nice. We always had nice hot water, and good flush power. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in the BEST location, and near to many shops and cafés.

Very friendly staff in a great location. Floors are clearly never swept as they were very dirty and the shower had visible mold in several locations.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Venice. I had the best stay. I felt safe And the hotel staff was easy to get a hold of. They are not always on staff so you have a digital key to get into the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Room was warm. There was air conditioning, but it blew out warm air, so we probably did not set it correctly. Staff was awesome, very helpful and kind. Very unique path to hotel. We loved it, some may not, but we were in Venice to sight see, not sit in our hotel room. Overall we’d give it a 9

Good location
Very noisy at night, sleep quality was affected, we were placed in the room directly above the entrance so heard all the comings and goings which was frustrating. Music at 3am, someone playing a trumpet at 5am, deliveries etc etc for this reason i would not return to this hotel.
Mosquitos were rife even in October, no plug in options to deter from room so had to keep our heads under the sheets or the buzzing around the ears was constant :(

Ideal location as a short walk to Rialto Bridge and a 15 to 20 min walk to St. Marks Square. Staff friendly and room clean, only comment would be the mosquitos and they need to find a remedy to this problem but i think its quite an issue for other hotels as well (from talking to other tourists). Good stay overral and if you are out constantly this place is ideal just to rest your head from a day of exploring.
