Reviews
Don’t book this property, you will regret it! They don’t cancel or refund money if you want to leave to another hotel. Very unhealthy and unpleasant experience!

When checking out of the hotel the older lady wanted additional euros for the amount of days that I stayed which was only one night. She requested one euro. I looked confused because the hotel room has been booked and paid for well in advance, but for the sake of not arguing I handed her my credit card. She then yelled at me and said “no you’re supposed pay in cash”. I explained to her that I don’t carry cash I can only use my card , sorry I’m not from here. Then I said I don’t understand if the hotel requires additional money that should have been a disclaimer while booking. I planned my trip to Venice months in advance, had I known that the hotel requires additional cash after check out I would have been more prepared beforehand. As I was trying to explain all of that the lady kept over talking me, yelling, and being extremely rude. She also threatened to call the police on me. She kept accusing me of lying when I told her I was not aware of this. While she kept yelling and over talking me. I started getting loud and over talking her. She then gets up out her seat and tried to flip her desk over on me but ended up knocking everything over on her side. It was like she wanted a physical altercation with me over 1 euro in cash which is very suspect! And almost as if she was trying to scam me.
🚿 Shared bathroom disaster – The bathroom was shared, which wasn’t clearly mentioned when booking. One night, the bathroom was occupied for a very long time and I was in such discomfort that I had no choice but to relieve myself in a bottle. Absolutely unacceptable for a paying guest in a supposedly “touristic” city.
💰 Hidden fees – We were charged additional city taxes at check-in that were never communicated beforehand. This felt like a scam and left a very bitter impression.
🧴 I even left behind the bottle to make a point — because this is the result of poor accommodation management.
❗ I strongly advise against booking this place. There are plenty of better options in Venice where you won’t be put in such an embarrassing and degrading situation.
You don't stay here for luxury, but it is ABSOLUTELY comfortable, taking into account the standard European miniature shower size. I slept like a dead guy and WILL stay with them again when I return to Venice.
Now that is the front sign is not lit (daytime) make sure you look to the left side of the street for it.
The staff were really friendly and for that reason alone, I will book here again.
Had common toilet and shower room which wasn’t in very good condition.
