Very clean , we were offered a drink while waiting for the room and last day we were offered a bottle of limenchello for each of us .

What a getaway! Best place to stay around the lake, very peaceful and scenic with many options to eat around. The staff were amazing and friendly and made us feel right at home and made our honeymoon that extra bit special!

Hotel basically OK, staff friendly, but: breakfast nothing special, small rolls, coffee, cappuccino, tea from the machine as well as orange juice. Scrambled eggs cold and from a packet, no hard-boiled eggs. In the hotel's own restaurant, 10 percent of the bill was supposedly not paid, staff stood around, had private conversations and never saw any guests. Food delivered within 10 minutes? Reheated spaghetti (warm on the outside, cold on the inside), dry, stale bread (supposedly made fresh in the morning), pizza crispy on the outside, watery on the inside. 3 euros extra per cover charge per person, and that for hotel guests!!? (In other restaurants, max. 2 euros or nothing at all!) Hotel manager very unfriendly.

We stayed in a deluxe room and was great. Great lake views, big, small fridge, large bathroom. Parking is a problem in Garda. The Hotel has a small parking in front of it and one very close to it. Breakfast was acceptable. Though you can eat breakfast on the terrace with lake views and the breakfast becomes great. There is a “beach” in a very short walk. The only concern was the cleanliness. The was a web spider in the closet, and after some walking you realized that your socks and dirty. You can enjoy a dinner in the Restaurant Hotel with lake views (not many options in walking distance). However, the service wasn’t very good. We felt like “one more tourist” that never going to come back.

Hotel is nice overall, lovely located on the lake,very dog friendly and it has a nice terase on the lake. The only issue for me was that the aircon that didn't seem to cope with heatwave.

The deluxe room with 2 balconies is very spacious and nice.Only bad thing was a missing curtain at one of the doors/windows so you had to close the wooden door if you didn’t want people to see you naked.Most of the staff needs training on how to treat clients.The only good staff was the lady at the reception and the 2 ladies that did the breakfast.The restaurant staff is poor trained and have bad manners.That’s the reason we never sit to have a meal at their restaurant except for the breakfast.

I loved it!! I stayed 4 nights and honestly I don't regret anything . The hotel is located in front of the lake , we had an amazing view from the balcony , I was eating breakfast along the lake every morning and it was extremely stunning. The customer service I rate it 100%. I would definitely recommend it.
