Palazzo Pianca in Venice

Close to the pier, large, clean and beautiful room. A lot of minibar, so fantastic. Nice staff.

Beautifully designed hotel, small but cozy room with all the necessities. Loved that the minibar was complimentary and refilled daily. Good location as well!

Room is very nice. Nice decor. Good bed. clean. Good location, near to Vaparetto points.

The room was very small for 2 people. But it was very modern and clean and luxurious.

Location was great. Just be mindful that certain rooms are located slightly different than where the main building is (2 mins away). Additionally, the hotel does not provide toothbrush and tooth paste.

We are given a room which is a distance away from the reception - where there are no shelter, involved crossing a bridge and stairs. it was raining when we checked in - which results in great inconvenience. The place we were located at does not have lift and we are on the 2nd floor. Take note to those who wants to book this place w big luggages.
Other than that, room itself was clean and decoration was nice and modern. Aircon does not appear to be working as we felt that there isn’t ventilation in the room when windows are closed (for safety reasons). Room comes w free Mini bar as there were no breakfast.

The location was more than perfect! They have really nice mini bar and it was all free !

+ The location was perfect!!! Just a 5 min walk to San Marco square, and 2 min walk to the nearest vaporeto station. Such a center location yet very very quite surroundings. The room was amazing! big and convenient. Really comfortable huge bed and convenient pillows. The minibar was filled daily with free mineral water- which was important and helpful. A lot of space to put my stuff near the sink. Our key did not work once, at the afternoon when the reception was closed, but someone from the staff came within minutes so we were very pleased. The Hotel is very very clean. The room was cleaned daily, even on the day we left. We did a late checkout so we didn't expect that the room will be cleaned, but it was, and all the towels were changed. The service we got from Marta was excellent. She was kind, professional, patient and courteous. She reserved the taxis for us, gave us directions, and recommended the best nearest caffe. It was easy to communicate with her first via E-mail and from the day of our arrival via whatsap. Always available to us, and practically gave us a feeling of a home away from home, which was exactly what we were looking for in a boutique hotel. We will be back for sure! This turned to be the perminant hotel for our future visits in Venice
- There is no sign to the hotel, so if it was not to Marta's photo, we would not know where it was. The staff is at the reception only at the morning hours, though they were accessible to us when ever we needed them. Unfortunately, We could not operate the TV that was installed within the mirror.
