It's quite luxurious and has a good location, but you need to take a water taxi and push your suitcase along a rocky path and cross several bridges to get there. The rooms are large, but too expensive. Not really worth it.

It seems to be owned by a group. There are not many rooms. It is a good hotel in the center of Venice. It is very convenient to take a water taxi directly from St. Lucia train station to the hotel.

The hotel is like a small palace to us. Top service from all staff and it is just a few mins walk from several tourist attractions.

Our stay at Hotel “Ai Cavalieri di Venezia” was simply outstanding. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and completely at ease. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room service was impeccable, and the entire staff especially at the reception was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive.
I would like to highlight a particularly special experience: during our stay, I casually mentioned to a very charming receptionist that it was my birthday in two days. To my great surprise, we found a bottle of sparkling wine and a beautifully arranged selection of sweets waiting for us in our room on my birthday such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made my day truly unforgettable.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay and will definitely return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our time so memorable!

A truly satisfying stay. We stayed for three nights. The hotel is in a prime location, with its own pier. We took a water taxi directly from the train station to the hotel and also to the airport (pre-booked by the front desk), which was very convenient. Since we left at 7:00 AM, breakfast hadn't started yet, and the front desk was very considerate and prepared two lunch rolls.
The room was spacious and far exceeded my expectations. The facilities were newly renovated and very clean. Breakfast was also quite filling for us. The mushrooms in olive oil were particularly delicious.
The hotel is in a great location, just a 7-8 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The environment is also very nice and quiet, not noisy.
The front desk was very friendly! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to return to Venice.

The building is of palace level. You can see the canal when you open the window. The scenery is picturesque and life is worth it. Water taxis can drive directly to the hotel lobby. It is a real palace on the canal (we booked suite 111 of the hotel)

Incredible hotel - arrive by water taxi directly to the hotel, an old aristocrat palace from years gone by. We had a junior suite with a magnificent terrace and huge room. It had paintings on the ceiling, original marble and mosaic flooring. The service was great - helpful, correct information and nothing was too much trouble for the guys on the front desk.
Breakfast was great and covered everything anyone would need.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A quick walk to Rialto or St Marks, you will not be disappointed at this hotel.
