The location and facilities were excellent, and the value for money was excellent.
Some people may find it difficult to climb four floors of stairs and the shower pressure to be weak.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

This location is conveniently situated near the Rialto Vaporetto station, just a five-minute walk away. The only minor inconvenience is the absence of a lift and the narrow stairway.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Rialto Bridge! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from Venice’s top sights, yet surprisingly calm and peaceful once you’re back at the hotel. It truly felt like the perfect balance.

Our room was comfy, beautifully classic, and spacious enough for three people to relax without feeling crowded. I loved the atmosphere! If I had to point out one small thing, I would have appreciated a few more amenities — but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Overall, a delightful stay that made exploring Venice even more enjoyable! Highly recommend!!!!

The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage to the third floor. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, close to the city center, making it easy to return to the room for a break. The surrounding area is quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning and refrigerator were a bit weak, and the shower pressure was low, though the hot water worked fine. A supermarket just a one-minute walk away was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay:)

Take a boat from Venice Airport to St. Mark's Square. It takes 15 minutes to get there if the navigation is correct. The front desk staff is friendly and there is a welcome drink. It is also convenient to take a boat to Venice Railway Station on the way back. The hotel does not have an elevator. If you have luggage, you can make a note in advance to arrange a low floor. It is inconvenient to drag a suitcase on Venice Island. Although there is no breakfast, there is a coffee machine and tea bags.

We stayed two nights in this hotel in a room with a terrace (before checking into the hotel, the hotel administration contacted us and offered this room since such an opportunity arose and we agreed to the change)
Big advantages of the hotel:
- location (five minutes walk from the river transport station)
- cleanliness in the hotel and in the room itself
- polite staff and good service
- very cozy
- the room with a terrace has a beautiful terrace

We booked the attic room, absolutely stunning view. Just a warning here, no single building in Venice has an elevator. The receptionist carried our luggage all the way up. Service is fab!
