The hotel occupies a former manor house of the mid fifteenth century, each room is dedicated to one of the apostles, in honor of the nearby Church of the Holy Apostles. A good ratio price-quality, quiet location, but close to all the attractions. Friendly, smiling staff. Breakfasts at home.

Located: in Venice, a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's square and Rialto bridge, 15 km from the airport Marco Polo Di Venezia.

The room was smelly and it had roaches. Not pleasant

The room was large with a balcony that was in the sun, withouta large enough awning. There wasn't a fan in the room. When you take your key out of the power slot, the room loses all power, putting my husband's insulin at risk because even the fridge shuts off. It was an okay hotel. There wasn't breakfast service at all. The neighborhood seems very empty, but you can walk to most sights in 20 to 30 minutes. The hotel should publicize the nearest water taxi drop point too. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but I also wouldn't avoid it as long as the price is reasonable. An okay stay, very quiet for sleeping.

I was never able to stay in this hotel. I wanted to book the hotel for June 10 to June 12th, but made a mistake in my booking and booked it for May 10th to May 12th. I started to request them to change the dates a few seconds after I made the mistake, which was 3 months ahead of check-in through *******, but they had zero cooperation and support. It seemed like a thief who is happy to take advantage of a customer's mistake. Do not recommend this place at all, although I haven't been there, as the management behavior talks about other aspects.

Decent stay
Was very clean. Small room with fridge and kettle but the kettle stopped working. The reception is manned only during the morning
