Very quiet hotel, our room was on the ground floor next to the reception, good decision considering that we had with us a 3 month old baby, room is very small and old, bathroom already needs some work, breakfast was very basic, cannot even consider breakfast, it was snacks…

No one at the reception at all times, although the lady that checked us in was nice and polite and even gave us a map of the city.

She suggested 2 restaurants in the town, if we eat there we get 20% discount she said!
Don’t fall for that one.
When the bill came, only 3euros discount, my partner wasn’t hungry so we just ordered a pizza for me, beer and coffee, €27 😂 discount of 3€, I challenged the staff member on this matter he told me it was because my partner didn’t eat… overal watch out where you eat in Venice, around to the hotel I found it reasonably priced apart from this suggestion, further to the Center can be tricky.

I have to say, for price we paid, location and breakfast included this was great deal. It is 10 minutes by foot near central square.
We left car at trochentto parking, took boat that stopped 2 min away from hostel.
Location is very nice, a lot of hidden gem restaurants here, including that you are close to center but still hidden for crowds in Venice.
We had one double bed on ground floor, it was a bit dark but anyways we were using place for sleep and shower :) it is old, furniture, toilets etc, but it is very clean, so we didn’t mind. We stayed 2 nights and after 1st night our room was cleaned, sheets changed, idid not expect that, great! Also you breakfast is included in nearby restaurant (2 min away). You sit oj amazing terrace, view on Venice and you have common italian breakfast (coffee, croissants, some marmalade, orange juice) . I am not fan of sweet breakfast but this was a good deal.
I would recommend this:) also girl on reception was very nice, we checked in 2h earlier.

Unpreposesssing exterior, but very nice inside - staffed only in the mornings it seemed but buzzer redirected to owner/mamager who opened the door by remote. Keys and paperwork all laid out on the desk. Good breakfast, obscure but very central location.

Overall nice cost vs benefit. Very well located. WiFi does not work. Family owned business and somehow informal.

Nice place, but some issues. At the moment the bathrooms are flooded with water, not just ours but other rooms too, they are letting guests in anyway and just ignoring complaints. Also it’s cold inside and the heaters don’t work. Also no hot water at the moment.
Come on guys. Get your ssss together.

I loved it! The location is great to the sea and there is plenty of shops, restaurants and night life around. You can expect a quiet nights rest. About 6 total rooms I think. Lowest will obviously be coolest and highest warm. I stayed in both so I got that full experience. Top is significantly warmer but a perk of being up top is you have the only balcony for the place. I also loved that the place fully trusts it customers. You have the key to go in to the hotel and the key to your room. There isn't someone at the front counter for most of the time and I love their decision. Someone is still always available. Beds and pillows are a little stiff but who cares really.

Small hotel in the east area of Venezia. The place is a little far from the center, but not so far from a. Marco. The hotel is very quiet at night, the room is big and has everything you might need, but a little old. The bathtub is Rusty and yellow. The bed is not double, are two single beds put together. Breakfast is very basic, two pieces of bread, two croissant, butter and jelly, coffee and brick orange juice.

Fine rooms, very pleasant staff, always helpful. It was reasonably priced hotel, it had all you need for a short stay. The breakfasts were a bit disappointing as the bread/croissants were of low quality and not from a bakery, also on the staircase sometime there was a 'venetian canal smell' but not in the rooms. Apart form that it was great.
