The room was small and old and smelled a little bit musty, the first day se had to shower with cold water due to a problem with the boiler, but was fixed before the next day.
For me the summary is that is to expensive for what it offers.
Ca' Valeri is a wonderful little family-run hotel, beautifully located right in the center, yet tucked away in a completely quiet alley. So you're close to several major attractions, but can still sleep peacefully at night.
The hotel owners provided excellent service, were very attentive, and responded quickly to any questions we had before our arrival.
We stayed in room 406 on the top floor with a private balcony. The bedroom was decorated in a charming, classic Venetian style—very tasteful—while the bathroom had a modern design. Everything was spotlessly clean and inviting.
If we return to Venice, we will definitely book this place again :-)
