Good location, reasonable price, breakfast average (we got sick after eating the eggs, so maybe avoid eatting boiled eggs from there)

Very near to the station, but the elevator was small and slow. However, the front desks were kind & friendly.

The elevator was quite charming, and the environment was excellent, right next to the train station. You can store your luggage and borrow utensils, and the service is fantastic. The area around is very convenient with a supermarket nearby.

The location is excellent. just beside Venezia Santa Lucia station, which made it very convenient for travel. Check-in was smooth, and they offered complimentary luggage storage, which was a nice touch. I didn’t get to try the included breakfast since I had to leave early for my packed itinerary. However, the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor where our room was, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Unfortunately, both my brother and I got bed bug bites during our stay, which was very disappointing. The place has a great location, but cleanliness and maintenance really need improvement.

Smiles and warm smiles greetings are not included in price! Room was clean EXCEPT shower head full of green and white. Nice location 2 min away from train station. Quiet alley.

the hotel is very near at the train station,the elevator is too slow,our room is spacious and we have a balcony,the hotel looks old and needs to be renovated,but we enjoyed our 2night stay,good breakfast and very nice hotel receptionist,overall if you are looking for an affordable and convenient location hotel agli artisti is fot you✌️

The staff are kind, helpful and willing to inform the information. They rearrange the room in order to let my friends stay in the same floorThe free breakfast and caff in latte tasty and yummy. .

Super bad customer service and worst hotel I'll ever stayed. Please do not put this hotel or you will regret. We have booked this hotel and they referred us to another hotel and mentioned that it is trip issue and we have to walk to another hotel called Hotel Belle Eqoque with our heavy luggage. Once we reached the hotel, there are 2 hotel staffs talking and smoking outside the hotel and instead of going to the counter to assist in our check in, they continued to smoke until they finished. On checking in, they mentioned to lead us to our room through this passage walkway that is creepy and lead to another side of the building before climbing the dangerous stairs to the room. The room is small and doesn't look clean and we didn't dare to use their blanket. Please think twice before booking this hotel.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.
Great place for a sunset drink however; such a shame.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
