Hotel Tintoretto in Venice

Charming little hotel in such a great location. Every member of staff were always super helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was just right so set you up for a day walking and exploring. Thank you to everyone for making our stay just perfect. And for loaning me a set of reading spectacles 😂 for the weekend

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and we loved every moment. Originally we booked for the pandemic but obviously it was cancelled. We were so glad we stayed with the hotel we had first chosen. Fantastic location, within walking distance of the major sites . We had a canal room and it was stunning. To listen to boats pass by and see people walking over the little bridge was totally perfect. Room was huge , kept very clean every day . Breakfast was basic but plentiful overlooking the canal . All the staff were friendly, especially the gentleman at breakfast. We would stay again in a heartbeat 100% recommend

The hotel staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a room with a river view. However, it was inconvenient because we had a lot of luggage, as it was still a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Where do I start? 3*? I don't think so, some previous comments say outdated, I say authentic and for comfort/cleanliness/helpfulness/location/view/food, perfect My first time in Venice and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay, staff so helpful and friendly. Jet2 cancelled my return transfer last minute but Gabriella stepped in and organised one for us. Miah, the guy who cleaned our room was spot on too, always smelt fresh when we came back after breakfast . Breakfast was continental and has lots of choice of food and drinks. Hotel is in a prime position to reach most sights that are a must while in Venice (St Marks Basilica, Doges Palace etc) What more can I say, cannot fault hotel or any of the staff. Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Venice - very central, walkable to all main tourist areas, easy access to water bus and a shared dock for water taxis. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, would definitely recommend to friends.

We went to venice as a family of four 19yr old & 16yr old kids. We arrived at the hotel with a super warm and friendly welcome. As we were early we were able to leave our baggage in a secure room and head out and start to explore which was lovely. We were also able to leave our luggage on our last day too as we had a later flught home. When we returned we were showed to our room which was lovely . But unfortunately when it came to bedtime the air con was leaking and was making the bed wet, we pulled the bed away but unfortunately it kept dripping. We were all too tired so went to sleep. In the morning we told the lady on reception who said I'll give you another room, we weren't too bothered about moving as we liked the room, but the lady was insisting we change. She kindly gave us a suite room on the other side of the building we were up in the loft. The room was absolutely lovely very spacious with good air conditioning, the only thing missing was a mini fridge which would have been good (there was one in our first room) Hotel was in a perfect location, breakfast was good all the staff very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend visiting Venice and staying in Tintoretto hotel thank you for a lovely time.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it—the room was charming, and the location is great for exploring Venice. We booked directly through their website, which worked in our favor: we were given a beautiful canal view and offered a late checkout. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring without hassle. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.

Second stay and room was so much better this time. The room we stayed in first time was French double I believe (but was tiny). This time booked with Easyjet and had double classic. Both stays were in the annex across the way rather than the main hotel. Although there was no view in the 2nd room we had a lot more room (number 501). We had a fridge and air con. The shower although small was really good. Bedding seemed brand new. The male receptionist and also the young girl could not have been more helpful and friendly to us. We liked to sit outside next to the canal eating breakfast which was basic but fine. Location is excellent. Can walk from the train station but perhaps a good 30 minute walk or so. We found that from the airport the guglie stop (orange line) was so much easier than taking the blue line and getting off at F.te Nove).

Just arrived home from a 3 night stay, arrived before check in time, luckily our room was ready for us & we were able to check in early. Kettle & complimentary tea/coffee in room. We had a triple room (even though there were only 2 of us), with a canal view, plenty of space in room & comfy beds. Good choice of cakes, pastries, & toast, yoghurt & fresh fruit, fruit juice & coffee for breakfast, enough to keep you going for a few hours. We often sat outside by canal in evening having a drink /meal, in restaurant attached to hotel which was lovely. Staff were friendly & helpful, even booking us a water taxi for return to airport. Would definitely return.
