Excellent hotel and location right in the centre, just a few minutes walk away from all the main attractions. Hotel was very clean. Fabulous breakfast and excellent stadf

The interior of the room is very beautiful and I am very satisfied.

Hotel stated aircon but they shut it off from Nov onwards.
When you open the windows, dozens of mosquitoes flew in and bite you ! When u closed the window, the room become stuffy.
The location is perfect though, 1 min to St Mark Sq..

We enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel room, preferring character vs sterile modern; also our suite was spacious and clean. We are in our 70’s, so we were happy to find that the hotel is located close to city center. The included breakfast had a wonderful variety along with freshly prepared food. We discovered the hotel’s affiliated restaurant had such delicious dinners, we ate there 2 of our 3 nights in Venice. Mossimo made sure we were happy with his attentive and professional manner.

From the moment we arrived at the Royal Marco Hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—tucked away just far enough from the crowds to offer peace and quiet, yet steps from all the iconic sights of Venice. Waking up to views of the canals and walking out into the heart of the city was a dream.

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations and planning. They made navigating Venice so much easier and added a personal touch to our stay that we deeply appreciated.

The hotel itself was immaculate—beautifully maintained, with charming details throughout that reflect the elegance and history of Venice. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing.

In every way, the Royal Marco Hotel made our trip to Venice unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and will definitely stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful hotel in a fab location. Our room was very spacious with a view of the canal. Nice and clean. The bed was “hard as a rock” and we only had 1 very flat pillow but that certainly wouldn’t deter us from coming back again. Breakfast could have had a few more options.
