We took a bus into the city from the airport and it was a simple walk to this location. The door has a code to enter, so very secure. We were able to check in early which was fantastic so we didn’t have to carry our backpacks everywhere (they have luggage storage if your room isn’t available). Check in was easy, room was clean and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. You can hear people walking on the cobblestones below if you have your windows open at night, but it is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. It was a simple walk from here to the train station to go to Florence (it’s all about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your speed and need to hustle! :)

Do not recommend living on the Venice island cuz there are many bridges and stairs, especially if you have a suitcase. Quite far away from the train station, maybe around 15 min walk. Breakfast was the worst I’ve seen. Just a bunch of pastries basically. I have to go up and down stairs over and over cuz my room’s location is kinda weird. But you get what you pay for. It’s one of the cheapest when I searched for hotels so it’s fine.

The scenery of Venice is great. This hotel is located in the center of the main island, and it is relatively convenient to walk anywhere. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train station. The hotel is relatively old (all hotels on the island are old buildings), so there is no elevator. You have to walk up the stairs with your luggage to the room.

The location is not very central but sufficient. There are towels in the room as well, so don't expect anything else. Unfortunately, its ventilation is not very good. In 2024, it would be better to use a ready-made duvet and a cover instead of using sheets under the blanket. There is no way a blanket can be hygienic. It's not bad, but I don't feel like calling it good either, because it's a hotel that could be better.
