The location is very close to the pier. You can take a boat directly from the airport to the hotel. There are many delicious food near the pier. Very convenient. The hotel staff are very nice. I bought watermelon and wanted to borrow a knife to cut it. The staff directly cut it for us and served us. We were really surprised by this. They were very enthusiastic and professional. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I will book again next time. 😄

It's very close to the Venice station, so it's convenient! However, the reception is only open from 8:00 to 17:30, which is inconvenient in many ways... And when I was taking a shower, the hot water stopped... I was cold for about 10 minutes. The hot water was also weak.

How can I put it this way? It's the best place I've stayed in Italy. The service is very good, it's clean, and the front desk is very responsible.

!!SCAM!! Stay away from this hotel. We stayed at this hotel and paid $235 a night for it. When we got there we were a it late due to our flight. We arrived and there was no front desk only a buzzer with a ill mannered man speaking from behind. He told us we can only enter with our hotel card key. When we said we still didn’t check in he said he won’t check us in and yelled at us and said we were disrupting the guests even though he was the one yelling from the buzzer. We were paying guests at this hotel the man didn’t even care to listen. I’ve never seen an unprofessional hotel with no check in desk or lobby

It has been a lovely stay, and the entry is by the amazing smell of the bakery! Photos can be slightly deceiving as the room look less smaller and smarter than the one in the photos but it has been a nice stay. (Even though the people staying next door we’re a bit noisy, good thing I had earplugs with me).

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. The only complaint is the pillow was very thin and the bed was very firm.

We had a really nice stay at Ca'Pozzo Inn. The location is super good and the receptionist was really sweet and helpful. We enjoyed the aircondition and the large bathroom. We appreciated that the hotel store our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy the last hours in Venice.

Clean small hotel in quiet, a bit weird location - you have to walk c. 30 m in small corridor to get to the hotel. When we (2 adults + 2 kids) arrived, the guy receptionist was really nice. The room was clean and general appearance was modern with all the art on the wall, but there was a really small window.
However, in the evening when adults had a walk outdoors and kids were in the hotel room, they called worried that there was power feilure. The issue was that the door to get inside hotel had electronical lock, which was not part of back-up power system. And there were no employees in the hotel. So we had to get our kids to run on hotel corridors to open the door so that we got into hotel. And when there was no power, we couldn't do anythin else then go to sleep. Power failure lasted about 1 hour.
In the next morning there was a female receptionist, who just commented the power failure and issues "that is just normal here and it wasn't our fault". No apologizes or discounts etc. No good feelings.

This hotel was incredible. The service staff were willing to go above and beyond multiple times to help us out, the room was relaxing and included top-flight features like a bathtub and sewing kit, and the location is unique and walkable from the train and bus stops. I stayed in four hotels across Italy and this was my favorite.

Nice place very close to all the spots. Maybe the narrow passage which leads to the entrance could be improved.
