Stayed here on March 10th and was very satisfied! The hotel is located in the first small alley to the left of the train station, about a 5-6 minute walk. The facade is, as expected, not very large, but the interior is very spacious. The decor is classic in style, with fabric-covered hallways that feel serene and profound. The front desk service was polite and attentive, always ready to help, and the room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. It's about a 20-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, passing through a bustling commercial area with various enticing shops. Along the way, you see gondolas gliding through the waterways. You might think you've reached a dead end in a narrow alley, only for it to open up unexpectedly, which is full of fun surprises. It's an ideal choice for travel accommodation.

Lovely continental breakfast. We got an Uber to the airport. The Uber pick up point was at Plaza Roma. The only way to get there was to cross th bridge with our heavy luggages, However luckily we booked a porter from the hotel. It costs 5 euros each bag. Service was amazing thank you.

A wonderful hotel in every respect, despite only being 3 stars! It's located right next to the train station and Piazzale Roma, which is super convenient for those traveling with luggage. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the room was beautiful (we had an upgraded room). It has a great atmosphere. We've stayed in many hotels in Venice, but from now on, this is the only place we'll choose.

Location is very good just a few minutes away from train station and nearby have a lot of restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The facility is old but all well functional. Anyways this building can be traced back to year 1879.
All the staff are very friendly.
They have upgraded our room because of honeymoon, really appreciate that.
The interior decoration is very vintage and classic.
The breakfast is really out of our expectation.
Overall a very cost effective choice!
Also, the location is great and it is quite near to the train station, no need to take your luggage to cross the bridges!

Room is abit dark and abit dusty, but for 2 days of stay and the low price it definitely was not something to complain about. Staff was helpful and kind, making the check in procedures smooth and pleasant. There is not much facilities as the television is small and there is no kettle to boil water, but the price of water is not too expensive so it is ok. Generally not a bad place for a quick stay at a cheap price.

Real hidden gem! So glad we booked this amazing hotel in a quiet street nearby the railway station! The location is very convenient. The room is ok in size and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast… ahh… super, we will miss it! Hope to come back again soon!

The room they gave me was nothing like the photos I saw on Trip.com. There are 9 pictures available for the room type I purchased and but I got a room that is completely different. I went to the front desk and asked if there are any rooms that look like those 9 pictures available but I was told they are full house and only have the bright red. If all your rooms are in bright red then I suggest to just include the bright red room in the profile for transparency.
Staff was nice though but I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
