Stayed here our first night on our honeymoon and wished we had booked for longer. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. We had the most stunning balconies in our room and bathroom overlooking a canal. The amenities were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. They allowed us to store our suitcases there for a few hours after we checked out so we could explore the city a bit before heading to our next hotel. Such a wonderful stay!

Pleasant stay and professional staff. Highly recommend Ruzzini for everyone. Our first time in Venice Italy and not sure where to get transport, they arranged water taxi for us from airport directly to the hotel. Clean rooms and attentive staff. They gave us partial canal view room and welcomed us with champagne for our stay. Location is perfect and close to everything. About 7 mins to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. There is a plaza in front where you can find restaurants and market that opens daily. Place felt safe for two people traveling, even when walking at night. Staff are very helpful and we loved the overlooking balconies by their second floor lounge. We recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality. Can't wait to go back!

We arrived by water taxi, into the hotels dock. It was expensive, but worth it for the experience. Lovely Hotel, would stay again. All the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were palatial. High ceilings, great bed and bathroom. Area around the hotel was perfect.

A five star experience for sure. Such lovely staff - they made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful with suggestions for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the canal view rooms are worth every penny. Great central location - it was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Wish we could have stayed longer!

An unforgettable stay at the Ruzzini Palace Hotel! The room was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Venice, close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. A true Venetian gem. I highly recommend it!

It was a wonderful honeymoon at a really nice hotel!
When I let them know in advance that it was my honeymoon, they brought champagne to our room as a surprise, as you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
The service, location, and room were all wonderful, and I would definitely like to visit again if I go to Venice.

The hotel is a historic building. Sitting in the coffee bar on the first floor lobby and watching the gondolas slowly passing by, and then going to the lounge on the second floor, it is full of the harmonious correspondence of modern and classical. The location is also very good. It takes about 8 minutes to cross the bridge and walk through the river every day to reach St. Mark's Square. I live on the first floor. When I open the window, I can see the clear river and a beautiful bridge. The breakfast is also very rich. I think even someone like me who likes to explore changes will choose to stay here next time. I also thank every friendly and gentleman service staff in the hotel. They are all very handsome~

Beautiful hotel in a really great location of Venice. We were first time visitors to Venice and this hotel was just delightful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel bar. Staff was so polite and accommodating to the 2 naive American tourists. You do have to leave your room key with front desk when you leave but it was always staffed so it never interfered with coming-going. Our room had a very comfortable bed, bath and a sitting area. We just loved staying at the Ruzzini Palace Hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Venice. Such Venetian charm from the minute the water taxi pulls up. Every corner of this clean and comfortable hotel was inviting and upscale. Rooms are spacious and have old world charm with modern touches. Staff was friendly and caring. Highly recommended for a wonderful experience.
