The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a one-minute walk from the S.M. del Giglio vaporetto stop. If you prefer using the water buses to get to the hotel, it’s very convenient because you can easily reach the hotel with your luggage without having to climb any stairs. The hotel also has its own private dock on the canal side, so if you arrange a private water taxi, it can take you directly to the hotel.
There is a beautiful historic building right in front of the hotel, and it’s a pleasure to sit across from it and enjoy a coffee. All the main attractions are within a 5–10 minute walk. The decoration is very authentic and beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing location 2 mins walk from Giglio station.We had booked superior room with city view, hovewer got canal view.Went and complained, receptionist tried to convince me that was the room,when I went into my reservation it was clear that room I booked had front view of the church and square.After little while he decided to do a right thing and to give us the room we paid ,which was fine.
Bear in mind this is 3* hotel so some things might not be up to standard ,but overall nice smell of defuzers, nicely decorated, cleanliness not up to highest standard same as breakfast.Interior of the building requires immediate paint job especially in the corridors.
All in all worth of stay due to great location and decent pricing

This hotel is wonderful, it has such incredible charm! A unique place filled with history, soul, and humanity.
The atmosphere is beautifully Venetian: warm, authentic, and full of character. Every detail in the hotel feels carefully chosen and lovingly maintained.
What makes this place even more special are the people. The team is absolutely adorable...! kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service comes from the heart, I felt so welcome and like at home.
There is also something very touching about the family history behind the hotel, which adds depth and meaning to the experience. It’s not just a place to stay, but a place with a story.
On top of that, the location is absolutely ideal! I loved the time I spent in this Venetian hotel, it was an unforgettable holiday. I would return in a heartbeat🤍

A lovely hotel. Great location, traditional decor, super room (booked a canal view), nice ensuite. Delicious breakfast buffet and wonderful staff. Room service was immaculate each day. The water taxi stop is ideal, v close. Location just right to visit Rialto, San Marco ... lots of restaurants nearby. Hope to return one day! Thank you.

This hotel delivers exactly what Venice promises. The atmosphere is so rich in history you could almost picture Hemingway at the bar, and the view from our room was stunning. We had a minor issue with the toilet, but the staff handled it so warmly it was almost charming. A memorable stay — and the option to leave luggage after checkout was a lovely finishing touch.

Second time at this hotel. All is good and also very good location to key attractives.

The room wasn't large, but it was quite charming, with old-fashioned decor. The view from the window overlooked the river, giving it a strong local feel. The staff were friendly, but a photocopy of your bank card was required upon check-in. Overall, a good experience.
