The staff are all so friendly and the young receptionist who checked us in took the time to give us recommendations for the city.
Breakfast was really good, lots of options and very tasty. The only thing is that after about 9 they don’t replenish the pastries or cold cuts/cheese so we missed out on some bits.
The location of this hotel is perfect for all the major touristy spots, within walking distance from st marks square, rialto, and cannaregio. The terrace bar has a fantastic view of the grand canal and rialto bridge and it’s got a lovely atmosphere for pre dinner drinks.
The room was a great size with comfy bed, clean bathroom, cannot fault.
Overall, me and my sister thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone travelling to venice for the first time!
We had an incredible experience at this hotel! The balcony view was amazing, and the gentleman who greeted us was so kind and helpful. The beds were super comfy, and we were surprised with an afternoon treat of cookies and a fruit plate—such a lovely touch.
If you’ve traveled in Europe before, you know AC can be hit or miss, but this hotel had great air conditioning. The best part though? The location. In Venice, where everything is either walking, gondola, or water taxi, having a water taxi station right outside the hotel was unbelievably convenient. We had a super early flight (out before 7am), and all it took was a few steps from the hotel to the boat, and then a few more straight into the airport. Absolute game-changer when you’re hauling luggage like I was!
Highly recommend—this hotel made our Venice stay so easy and comfortable.
