Found it hard to find as the address given is not same as where you check in.
We only had bedside lightning work, others did not work. After a couple of phone calls, someone came to look and said they would inform us via phone of what was happening. Never heard back from them at all and this was on the first night of 2. Also tried ringing the second night on phone number given and no answer or return of answer machine message.
Looks like they are doing some work on building, hopefully it improves.
Roof terrace was a great addition.

It's not far from Venice Santa Lucia Station, but
you have to cross a bridge,
and the room is really narrow, and you have to go back the way you came to check in
That's all, the service and location were great.

Everything was great. For Venice, such a price with such a location is just super. Check-in is now at Hotel Canal, 100 meters from the hotel. We first went to the Artisti hotel, as we wrote in previous reviews, but everything changed🤷♂️.

Locates just opposite the main train station. The view outside the window is really nice. The price is very suitable for a short stay.:)

In addition to the fact that the place where you pick up the keys and the place where you live are in different places and are a bit far apart, you need to be careful. There is also hot water that needs to be used during off-peak hours.

Everything was good except the hassle of having to check in at another hotel. I was surprised that the condition of the accommodation on the main island was so much better than I expected. The downside was that there was no outlet near the bed.

Room was very outdated and not as in the pictures. Please inform travelers in advance to check in at another hotel, since Venice is not the best place to walk around with all the luggage.

Second time here. Check in at another hotel 10 minutes away. It is not clear why the hotel does not provide this information in advance. Overall, the hotel leaves only pleasant impressions. Very warm in the room, clean. It's' located in the very center. Special thanks to the cleaning staff - the rooms are really clean.
