Charged with full amount after i called the Staff to cancel my reservation without fees after they say my Credit Card it's not valid and after one month they book the money (it is how you guys make the money?), i would recommend everyone NOT TO STAY THERE! Italian style, well done

Courteous and helpful staff. We slept in their apartment (Ca' Bareteri). Clean, warm and very quiet apartment. Clean linen. Only problem a couple of times with the electricity breaker. But otherwise all ok

The housing is average, but I would never recommend visiting Venice, as it is very bad in all respects. The transportation is very difficult. Venice in general does not have any hygiene and the smells are very unpleasant. It was the worst trip and the worst city I visited in my life. Also very bad and everywhere they treat the Arab person badly and despise him even when you come to buy their self from them once 👎🏻
