Baglioni Luna Hotel in Venice

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Luna Baglioni. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. From the front desk to the concierge and restaurant team. Their genuine warmth and attention made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Liu, the hotel manager, for kindly allowing us to do our wedding photoshoot in one of the hotel’s beautiful ballrooms. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more memorable.

Everything from the location to the service and atmosphere was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10 experience and a place we’d love to return to.

An Unforgettable Venetian Experience at Baglioni Hotel Luna

We had a wonderful 2 days and 1 night stay at Baglioni Hotel Luna, and it was truly a highlight of our time in Venice.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its elegant Venetian charm, rich history, and impeccable service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our short but memorable stay.

Our room was beautifully appointed, combining classic Venetian style with modern comfort. It was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The attention to detail and cleanliness were excellent.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore Venice while still enjoying a sense of calm and refinement inside the hotel.

Despite the brief stay, Baglioni Hotel Luna delivered a truly luxurious and authentic Venetian experience. Timeless elegance, exceptional hospitality, and a prime location make this hotel highly recommended. We would absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.

This was our 2nd visit to Venice and this hotel has direct access to the water taxi as we arrived direct from the airport. Its adjacent to the square and a must if you want to be close to everything. The rooms are nice and full of amenities. Very spacious and the bathroom was spacious as well. We enjoyed breakfast daily with a wide selection to choose from. The hotel staff was exceptional, friendly and very helpful with every request. I would recommend this hotel for anyone especially if it is your first time visiting.

Wonderful stay at Baglioni Hotel Luna. The location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions of the city. The room was perfect for my wife and I. Standard breakfast buffet was good. The hotel restaurant was good (not great), and the bar was a nice hang out place. Hotel staff and service was excellent.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Particularly enjoyed chatting with Monica the bartender. The concierge could not have been more helpful. Great hotel, great location.

Room had a lagoon view and was pretty. Bathroom was a little tired but it is also a historic hotel.

Our only down comment was the “free” trip to Murano offered by the hotel. We knew there was a requirement for us to spend time in a specific glass factory and we were open to checking it out. It was the typical American time share freebie offer. Once there, we would have loved to explore the island more but we were discouraged to do so and guided to leave the island after the tour just as quickly as we were ushered in, especially since we didn’t buy anything.

The products on offer were beautiful but, given the price points, not one that someone on holiday would be making instantaneous decisions about; especially since we could only buy then and there and in that moment. Realizing we would not be buying anything, we were ushered into a trinket shop, with some palpable disdain I might add.

As it happens,, I am a design professional and found a few things my clients would like. Without an opportunity to consult with my clients however, I bought nothing, striking up relationships with other vendors in Venice who were more accommodating and will work with me instead. The Baglioni-recommended factory lost a good sale.

Great hotel, don’t bother with the free Murano trip tho, go on your own.
