Room is fine. You get what you pay for. Walls are thin and there was a broken bulb. Great location.
They have 24/7 reception. During my stay the daytime lady was very nice. The evening/overnight gentleman was not. I had an early morning checkout and he looked like he did not want to be there. He borderline started yelling at me after I chose the wrong currency on the payment pad when he gave no indication what I was supposed to do. He kept muttering angrily to himself while trying to figure out the payment pad and said nothing else to me during the checkout. No explanation of what was wrong, no byes, nothing. I apologized multiple times. If that process was so important maybe it's a good idea to let guests know beforehand. He reversed the wrong payment very quickly and I tried again, so it was a slight delay at worse, but he made it seem like I committed a financial crime.

Stayed 5 nights and very happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. It’s a no frills hotel but was everything my daughter and I were looking for at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend if you want a clean, comfortable room and a friendly atmosphere. It is conveniently situated for the city and also the train station as we travelled further afield - Venice and Milan.

The hotel, the staff and the location were fabulous. The place is clean, excellently run and friendly. We came for the Opera festival and were made to feel most welcome. The hotel offers breakfast only as a meal, but there are plenty of food options available within walking distance. These range from cafe/bar options to more than acceptable restaurants.

Nice Hotel with all amenities, located halfway between the main railway station and the historic centre of Verona, easily doable on foot. Good value for money considering the prices of lower standard hotels in the centre. Another plus is that it is open 24 hours so no worry if you arrive late … Service was very good and the room was clean.

Very close to Verona train station, a taxi is 25€. The hotel entrance is very small, the lobby is also small, the room is average, and the breakfast is 9€ which is pretty good.

In terms of price/quality ratio it's probably ideal. But the breakfasts are just awful, we haven't seen such meager "food" for a long time.

The location is very close to tourist attractions, but it takes ten minutes to get to the train station. Most of the roads in the middle are uneven, and some roads are under renovation, so it is difficult to walk with suitcases.
The room is overall clean, decorated in an ancient style, and the space is small. A key is required for entry and exit. Breakfast has few choices, but the price is reasonable.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The location has easy access to both the train station and the city center but the rooms are old and barren.
Innerspring style mattresses are very firm.
Small shower stall where shower curtain clings to your body and water sprays all over the floor.
Slow internet speeds.
Tiny TV mounted very high on a huge blank wall.
The hotel doesn't claim to be fancy, and it isn't. But it does have some perks. The staff is helpful, kind, friendly, and will provide you with whatever you need. The drinks for sale in the lobby are very fairly priced. The luggage storage is very convenient.
The hotel is good if you know what you are getting but if you expect modern comfort, you will be disappointed.
