Euromotel Croce Bianca in Verona

Room has very bad smell, on the floor there was some hair also in the bed. We have to wait that they change linen. Aircondition was loud. The hotel need renovation urgently. There is street and trafic all night. Lady on the reception was rude and she didnt help us.
There is a lot of better hotels in Verona for this price.

First good things. Breakfast was very limited, but good. Cleaning staff was great.
Rooms are very basic and worn. Hotel urgently needs renovation.
Unfortunatelly there is one very rude lady whoi was afraid to tell us a name. She said that she's an owner. We asked for invoice with company name in March and September, but they ignored our demand. Moreover, she promised us corrected invoice same day we leave it. A week late we stil don't have requested invoice.
Moreover they lied to the booking.com that I physically attacked her.
Disgusting. Not recomend to visit them.

29.9.2025: I asked for completely legal invoice, but they refuse to make it. They send it few times, but always failed to do per my request. For them is simpler to lie that I was agresive as only issue legal invoice per my request. They are simply rude. Until now I never have such bad experience with issuing invoice.
I would like to se their recordings about their claims.
