There were other guests there already, but the room was spacious and clean. I liked that they offered free towel rentals. The hotel was also within walking distance of the tourist center, making it easy to access

Location is a bit far from city center, about 10 minutes by walking. The staff is friendly and so helpful,  There's a well equipped kitchen, plus free coffee and tea, overall, it's value for the price! 

Excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they assisted me in arranging transportation to all my planned destinations.

It's not far from the station, has easy access to tourist spots, and the facilities are clean and the service is excellent

Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to downtown. Ample rooms, kitchen facilities and friendly ambiance.

However, there were a few other guests who were a bit unreliable, which made being in the room a bit stressful

Nice room, clean and modern bathroom, convenient kitchen space, good location! It was a nice experience The only thing: I stayed on the 4th floor and at night there was a strange noise from the ceiling - maybe the air duct as if something was stuck there but the sound was on and off every now and then, during the day I could hear it but it was time but in the middle of the night it was scary otherwise...

Spacious room, nice shower and clean. Reception with limited opening hours

We had room facing Corso Porta Nuova which is quite busy as it is close to the Arena and a school (university campus). Since the heater was on, the room was quite warm. The only option was to open the window

Loved the details of the curtains marching throughout the hotel and the beautiful details with the bowls and vases placed throughout. The staff were lovely and we loved the accommodation and our little balcony

The owner was very helpful and responsive to messages also let us leave our bags early which meant we could explore before check in without luggage. Would definitely stay again if back in Verona

Note that it gets noisy until after 10:30-11:00pm. But we were able to get good sleep with the window opened. Thank you to staff of Relais Empire, we were able to enjoy Verona to its fullest

Amazing customer service, rooms are as clean as u would expect your own home to be, very well thought out rooms with plenty of hooks and bench space and good toiletries

This is a different hotel as it is a floor with the apartments distributed on the same floor with the same shared lobby where the reception is located. It bothered me that the reception was right in front of my room

If I hadn't asked a waiter at a nearby coffee shop for help finding the entrance, I would have had a really hard time finding it (there was construction going on in front of the hotel, so there were barriers)

However, the rooms were quite nice and had everything you needed. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to a pedestrian street, and very close to the Ancient Arena and Juliet's House

Simple and good value for the money. Also Andre was very friendly and happy to give some advice on what to see and where to go.

Clean and nice place, for the price location is really good, breakfast is more then enough.

Great place to stay. Our room was in a 4 bedroom apartment which was really nice! Great host. Fully recommended!

I think is rather the guesthouse than B&B. It is big flat with 4 rooms and shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. Gulia was nice but her boyfriend even more and he told us very lot about city

The breakfast is self service and the choice is very simple. Supermarket is really close and main square (Piaza Bra) with arena about 5 minute walk

The accomodation was extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was central to Arena Di Verona

Very central and good location, bed was super confortable and the bathroom is huge! The staff was also super nice on keeping our bags before check in and after check out

The only very minor criticism is the bed edge was difficult to get in and out of bed with and there were a couple of shin kicks (haha). And maybe a couple of extra pillows in the cupboard would be nice

Its location is exceptional, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good and varied, served at the hotel right across the street.

Great hotel in Verona We stayed at Air suite Verona for two nights. The location is great. Room is spacious and very clean. Very friendly staff with great service! Hot breakfast is very good!

Very nice place, walking distance from all activities in central Verona. The room has all amenities you could require. But the biggest plus is the enormously helpful hostess. We liked our stay very much.

Brilliant stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect, less than a five minute walk to the arena and the shops. There was no noise on an evening so was able to open a window. Air conditioning was an added bonus

We were there for the marathon and it was an ideal location. Room was large, with a fridge, job, kettle and coffee machine. There were plenty of cooking utensils if needed, although we ate out

Our host was really helpful and accommodating, and the room was more than big enough. Everything we wanted to see in verona was within walking distance!

There was even a dining table in the room. We would happily stay here again. Communication with the host was also very good

Nice and quiet location very close by the old city. No reception and I was sent access codes to the entry door and the apartment. Rooms was clean and fresh with a small kitchen unit and a Lavazza coffee machine

The hotel is not far from the city center, but the area itself is a bit sketchy and not suitable for evening walks

We stayed in this luxurious hotel for a few nights and it was all clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location wasn't bad, about 15min walk and bus stops were nearby

Other reason to come back here were lovely and strong Spritz drinks :D We would definitely recommend this hotel. We would ONLY improve their breakfast bufet

Yes breakfast was simplistic but after loading with carbs all the salami and cheeses in previous days simplistic start to the day and lovely espresso was perfect

She also has insanely good recommendations for food! Location off the beaten track but perfect to enjoy local bars and be around the community with a short walk into the city My mark for service was marked down slightly for the spa

We opted to have the spa in that dead time from checkout to airport but whilst it was a paid extra we were denied the opportunity to chill before flying home. Such a shame esp as it was raining!

The hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in

Located just outside of the Verona city center, this hotel is a terrific place to stay during your Italian adventure. I spent nearly 2 weeks here and very much enjoyed my time

From checking in with the multilingual team, to the support through the stay, everything was handled professionally, courteously, and with care. James, the Bartender, was a welcome site after a long day out and about

Super friendly people in the front desk, in general was fantastic almost perfect, I recommend the hotel in Verona any time. Just minimum issue in break fast (that’s my points almost perfect)

The front desk lady, I forget her name but will always remember her kindness, helped with taxis, resturaunt reservations, and a welcoming attitude

Excellent experience, everything was outstanding. The position is literally a 10 second walk from the Arena. The building is an old historical building and the room perfectly matched this theme

Location is near Verona center. Easy to reach by buss as many buses from train station go beside this hotel from 50 to 200 meter distance. Room is spaceous and has private toilet & bathroom

We found out there is no paid breakfast anywhere no matter booking advertise to have one. Hotel keeper just say read on your confirmation message and you end up not having breakfast

There are 3 rooms that are made next each others so if you have neighburs who like to party maybe you will not sleep well because all sounds come through walls

This place is 15 min walk from train. The vide of Verona is way better than bigger cities. clean comfortable location, wish I did not stay only one night. Everything was great but in most of Italy you have stairs

Unexpectedly the device is very good and everything is so organized. We have stayed for two nights and we were so happy that we have stayed there. It's in the center of Verona, every places are nearby

This place was very close to the historic district. It had a small fridge in room for a few items. It was clean, the room and the common areas, and the room was a good size

It is an excellent guest house in a quite central position, literally three walking minutes from the Arena. I had a very spacious room with everything needed. Plenty of plugs and there was even a fridge

This place is very close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Verona with all the attractions and local shops

I had the most excellent time at this hotel - from a beautiful welcome when I arrived 9am on Friday Morning - I could leave my luggage there as the rooms are not ready until 2pm - It was great to get a tour of the room and the building and given the keys to the room, the house and the front gate so I could come and go at my leisure

The room was cozy and clean with all the essential amenities (AC, bidet, shower, etc. ) Checking in was simple as Martina provided us with access codes to the secured property before arriving

We came back with wine and wanted to enjoy it in our room and they got us an ice bucket and glasses (even helped when we needed it filled again the next day). The room was HUGE, like we could have hosted a party in it

A gorgeous little boutique hotel around 10 mins stroll from the Arena. The welcome was warm, the rooms we stayed in were huge and full of wonderful art pieces

The view of the city from our balcony was breathtaking. It is perfectly situated and just outside the central city gates. There are cafes and restaurants within seconds of this hotel

We had the terrace facing the street and the bathroom shared with another girl, but there was no problem as it was very clean
